it is so incredibly sad to constantly see kids on instagram and tiktok who are younger than my brother have to literally beg for shelter, food, water, medicine, and their right to exist as human beings

puddles flashes on screen when guy 5's request shows up.

did lacey's uncle find puddles distracting/annoying? was lacey made to harm her angel by her uncle? the insistence that the pets become something that is, in essence, not themselves (that they must change to become acceptable, consumable if we wanna use the language of my longer post), obviously mirrors lacey's struggle for acceptance from others, but i think the idea that this bunny's base self is distracting (either from guy 5's work or from the things guy 5 wants from the bunny/is getting the bunny for) and that that is specifically paired with puddles is interesting. maybe it's just that puddles wasn't perfect to the uncle, so he cut away at her until she was no longer distracting? and if this didn't work/as a consequence she died? hm.

and if puddles was a distracting part of lacey to the uncle, is that why he killed her? he only wanted her body, not her limbs?
