What I could find in regards to the toys Carl's Jr./Hardee's gave out in their kid meals. They used to have a section dedicated to collectors where they would list past toys. Sadly, Cyberchase did not seem to make this list even about a year after release.
In celebration of Cyberchase's 21st Anniversary, here are a couple of profiles from the old Nelvana website. Sadly, the others on the Wayback machine are blank. They were either never written up or the wayback doesn't record when they were put up.
After being in legal limbo since Dec 10, I’m proud to announce the full Pilot has been found
As previously suspected, the May Library Archive had the original Pilot. The one who discovered this will make a vid on their findings shortly, and I will upload a comparison vid to final later
In the meantime, enjoy this and my recreation of a scrapped scene in final
The name of this Podling is a bit iffy until someone transcribes the Captions from the DVDs, but that’s for another thing
“Annie” here actually had a couple cameos in later episodes, albeit with a redesign that actually fixes a plothole for Ep7. More on that after the images
S1 Ep 15: Find Those Gleamers
S2 Ep 12: Guilty Party
Funny how consistent its parents are
As for WHY they made “Annie” red, note the debut episode’s pattern:
The episode noted 2 patterns; Number (odd), and shape
But there’s noticeably a third pattern overlooked: Color!
“Annie’s” original color broke the third link! But the redesign fixes it
Also, this ISN’T “Annie”, despite noticeably having the same voice (S1 Ep 3 RFair City):
Number 7, with a different cap. Though since the Pilot was redubbed around the time development for the final series first 3 episodes started, this Podling’s colors and voice were probably based off of “Annie’s” original colors for convenience
The Original Pilot Demo for Cyberchase. Earlier version of the episode “The Poddleville Case,” featuring different voice actors, scrapped animation, and a early concept version of Motherboard. Found on the official Cyberchase Facebook.
I'm sorry, I forgot to tag a few posts as the show so they're just now flooding the tag. The blog will also only post once per day since there is limited content. Eventually there will be posts of just Screenshots as planned so it won't run out of material soon.
