2. After party / Cooldown 4 sets not for time 12 GHD situps 30 sec hollow hold 30 sec plank hold
10 rounds and 15 reps for me
Tuesday 31st May

Wednesday 1st June
30 min AMRAP in team of two
1 person run / row 300m 2 person AMRAP 6 + 6 KB snatch 10 wallballs 8 burpees
We did 14 rounds and 25 reps with 20kg KB and 9kg WB.
Thursday 2nd June
1. Met-con: "Fran" (My time 9min:26sec) 21-15-9 Thrusters 42,5/30kg Pull-ups

2. After party/Cooldown: 5 rounds for quality 20m farmer walk 10 strict ring dips 10 strict toes to bars
