i made this for myself a good while before s6 so i’m sorry shiro’s look is out of date, but who knows, maybe one day i’ll make an updated version!

theyre the mischievous type, so they will multiply a lot when left alone and can throw windows

cloning and throwing window behaviours can be unchecked if you’d rather have them be calm

you can add or remove different types of interactable windows depending on which windows you would like them to be able to walk on, sit on, climb on, or throw.

What program did you use to animate your sheith kiss? Also can i ask where you derived your style from, how you cultivated it, artists you looked to, where you got your stylistic inspiration-- sorry i just, i love your art so much, theres clearly so much of a detailed history in it it feels like, i want an entire autobiography on your art please.

it’s super difficult to say where stuff like style elements come from bc most of the time i’m not really even aware of them myself and the reality is that every single thing i’ve ever seen in my entire life has contributed to the way i draw lol. like i don’t feel like i have a particular style, like there isn’t really a specific look i’m going for, what happens just happens

i don’t know if all artists feel this way, bc like rationally i know i have a style, i have several styles for different purposes actually, and while they grow and change there’s still always something there that makes them recognizable – to other people apparently, like i couldn’t point that shit out to save my life tbh but i’ve heard that it’s distinct

the color thing (or rather, the lack of color, which i’m slowly trying to get rid of) is pretty obvious, like as a kid i hated making a mess and thus didn’t enjoy painting, and i was a very wilful child, so i pretty much refused to learn colors, and the older i got the more difficult it became bc i remained headstrong and annoying and would “fight against the tyranny of color” as if it was a noble quest of some sort, even though in reality it was just because in my garbage brain being bad at things is the end of the world always so it’s better not to try if i can’t immediately be excellent at the thing

but uh. stylistically, i’ve definitely picked things up from my friends, like, a lot. like the way i draw noses, a lot of it is probably from @inkblotbun, or at least i remember having a distinct moment of “wow i love how he draws noses, i want to try that” and some of it stuck. i look at @heikala’s stuff all the time bc i love how she does color and backgrounds and while i still can’t really use what i’m learning from her i hope that one day it’ll sink in. also when i get in a new fandom i slowly develop a way of drawing the characters that integrates some of the original work’s style with whatever i’m doing and then that also becomes part of my repertoire – not always in a way that pleases me, like right now my eye game is pretty voltron-ish and i’m not super happy about that bc i feel like that anime eye thing is kinda a mismatch with the rest of what i have. i really need to do some figure drawing to clean the slate a bit

which is also a thing that i do, and what i’ve always done: when in doubt, use realism as your starting point. when i don’t know how to do a thing i will see what it looks like in real life and then adapt that. which means that there are and always will be a lot of bits and pieces that are 100% the result of figure drawing with zero creative input from me (e.g. shiro’s arms. okay my creative input is to make them fucking huge bc i’m into that. i guess that counts.)

idk man. i’m a weird combination of all the things i have ever liked from elfquest and w.i.t.c.h. to tanaka masayoshi and tom of finland all wrapped in some struggling undercurrent of realism, i don’t fucking know

I can stop posting links/posts on my Tumblr, sure, and - now Tumblr is fixed - I’ll go back and mark them as “sensitive material”, so that way no one can go back and find them. I’m keeping to my space. I’m staying away from you all. I’m posting on a site that allows for that stuff, leaving appropriate trigger warnings and tags, and still I’m the monster?

Maybe the problem isn’t me. Maybe the problem is you’re too sensitive. If you can’t go onto a site that explicitly allows that content, and see so much as a freaking summary  without going bat-crazy and being “triggered” and entering a white-hot ball of rage … maybe you need to log off and get help.

Other than this though, is it okay to ask how you personally treat shaladins? And what do you do if it comes up irl? Do you just say “Hey I’m uncomfortable can we not talk about this”? Do you go to cons? How do you navigate fandom and make friends? Do you have any shaladin friends, and do you enjoy them? How do you feel about people like Barlee, someone who actually works on Voltron, liking Sheith art and supporting the ship? I was at AX this year and she was handing out That One Print, alongside the cute klance print where they’re both wearing formal wear and glasses. 

I’m asking all these questions with the benefit of the doubt by the way. You seem very mature and if the way you’ve treated me is any indication, I’m sure you treat anyone who comes to you with respect equally so, if not better, since ngl I’ve got a bad track record with it. So I’m sorry if anything I’ve said comes off as insensitive, blunt, or rude, I tend to have issues with social awareness and being too blunt or straight forward/not being able to sense peoples feelings.

I'm getting really fed up with all the kl//nce shippers comparing themselves to korrasami. I have nothing against the ship but it was poorly handled. Just because one studio and set of writers stuck them together doesn't mean the same will happen here. Totally different shows and people running it.

I have a laundry list of issues with Korrasami, but to compare them with Klance…(Or Leith is it now?) is the definition of false equivalency.

One was a series that drowned in romance, more often than not to its detriment, one has barely touched romance outside of Lance’s brief attempts at flirting with anything that has boobs and the usual shounen-esque tension between our main hero and heroine in Keith and Allura.

One flopped so badly on TV after a disastrous second season Nick banished it online only to be done with it. The other is showing no signs of slowing down and is only ramping up its merchandise sales, something Korra lacked.

Let’s not forget that you could have eliminated Korrasami from the final episode AND NOT CHANGED A SINGLE THING BY KEEPING IT PLATONIC. Klance the way the antis want it would be this horrible thing that took over the narrative to the detriment of everyone but a small group of Tumblr fujioshi.

Y’know what. Why not? I’m Captain Serious of the Heart Attack Armada and I’m about to take this way too far because this whole “Lance should be black Paladin! Lance should pilot All the lions!” Bullshit purposely ignoring canons blatant and fervent hint drops is starting to bother me. 

Big whoop dee do, Lance pilots Red. We can assume that this is

Prompted, due to the need for someone else to pilot red, Because Keith will be piloting black

Something much practice was needed for, because the red lion is “The Most Difficult To Master” most likely due to it being the fastest, possibly the most deadly (because it’s the sword), AND that it’s very picky with it’s pilots. Ergo you’d either need to train up to Red, or you’d need to be pretty fucking talented to fly her right off the bat, and Lance Barely got into the fighter pilot class, and was a generally sucky pilot because as Pidge has said, “He [crashed the simulator] All the Time!” AFTER Lance said it first.

Keith: 

Pilots Red Right off the bat, indicating a natural talent for piloting because he was chosen for the most difficult lion right off the bat, Which must be true/makes sense BECAUSE the first information we’re given about him is that he is “The Best Fighter Pilot In His Class/Generation” And then right after we’re introduced to him we see him make an extremely dangerous and risky escape successfully AND safely via flying vehicle to further validate this information. 

Was The First person to be contacted by a Lion, shown when we see blue seeking him out via instinct “I had this feeling” / “Something was telling me to search.”, communicates w/ her and finds her before he even knows what she IS!

Pilots Black, A lion which will only accept Born Leaders, without hesitance, and With confidence, simply by requesting it’s aid. Unprompted, simply because he decided it would be the best way to save Shiro.

TLDR; Keith has shown more talent with the lions than anyone because he has piloted TWO without practice and umprompted, and communicated with Three.

Like. @anti’s you wanna talk about someone piloting all the lions? Talk about KEITH! If theres anyone who has the most realistic chance of doing that, it’s HIM.
