More Americans Seek Non-Traditional Employment Daily! Working From Home Online Could Be the Answer!
In these hard economic times, many of us are searching for ways to supplement our income or replace lost income. Plant closings, down-sizing and out-sourcing have led us to seek non-traditional employment. Thousands daily go online to search for work from home jobs and income, but typically find scams that take their money and leave them worse off. You have got to do your homework when committing to an investment of time and money online.
Tumblr media
Recent Labor Statistics In the third quarter of 2008, over 1,330 extended mass layoff events resulted in 218,158 separations in the US. Among the reasons for layoffs, separations due to both slack work and bankruptcies nearly doubled over the year; and layoffs due to business-ownership changes more than doubled, according to U.S. Bureau of Labor.
The job openings rate was little changed in September 2008 but has been trending downward over the last 12 months. At 2.3 percent in September, the job openings rate was at the lowest level since April 2004.
This is very disheartening news for the American workforce and frustrating for job seekers. The limited job market and the increasing need to supplement and/or replace lost income, sends more of us are looking for non-traditional employment online. The Internet has opened up a new market for an ever-increasing number of real jobs seekers and many work-from-home business opportunities.
Non-farm payroll employment fell by 240,000 in October, and the unemployment rate rose from 6.1 to 6.5 percent, the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the U.S. Department of Labor reported today. October's drop in payroll employment followed declines of 127,000 in August and 284,000 in September, as revised.
Employment has fallen by 1.2 million in the first 10 months of 2008; over half of the decrease has occurred in the past 3 months. In October, job losses continued in manufacturing, construction, and several service-providing industries.
The increasing unemployment rates due mass lay-offs and the projected continued trends means the traditional job market is shrinking. These factors have created a demand to search the web for alternative sources of income. Many Americans are desperate to identify a resolution to their issues. An enormous number of us are struggling to care for our families, and the Internet is a welcome alternative.
Online Searches Increasing! Researching Google and Word Tracker, two of the leading online search sources, shows there has been an ever increasing search for work-from- home jobs and business opportunities. At the root of these searches is the desire to locate an income producer that works! There cannot be any mistake about the vast availability of offers, but which are legitimate. This is a question that must be addressed!
It frustrates me when I see people get fooled by get-rich-quick scheme websites on the Internet. And believe me, there are tons of them out there, waiting to snatch some victims. The Internet is literally so big, and there are so many marketers trying to make a quick buck from YOU, that you could spend ALL day, every day just chasing illusions of Internet riches.
If you only chase after those hyped up illusions every day, then you will NEVER find what you're looking for. There does come a point where you have to take a small leap of faith and "try" something. However, do NOT allow flowery language or outrageous promises to get you to put your money down. In other words, you will have to do some work. Before you commit a penny to any work-from-home job, or business, be certain to research that company and its offer.
The Internet has been notorious for scams from the beginning, but it also provides us with a wealth of resources which can be utilized to assist us in identifying programs that do not work and those that do. They point-out those businesses and programs that generate $50 and those where we can make $5,000. They can tell you if a program provides support or not. This is very important because most of us limited or no experience with online programs.
Do Your Homework! So STOP! Before you spend another dime on scams and bad investments online, seek out the web sites and organizations that review the good business opportunities available on the Internet. And, don't just look for the reviews of scams and bad companies out there- those are too many to list but include reviews that testify that a business is sound and will produce.
I share this because I have been where you may be going. In my search for a business, program and/or system that would produce the income I needed, I researched over 60companies that provide real work from home jobs, and spent hundreds, if not thousands before I found the resources I am referring you to seek.
This is a serious venture and should not be taken lightly. There must be investigation of any prospective companies and leave no leaf unturned. You must address this like any other major purchase- what do they promise, and more importantly, how will they deliver?
Do your contacting the BBB, go to reviews and blogs online relevant to each proposed, or possible business venture, and check to be certain they each provide all the aforementioned required business success tools, i.e., great customer service and 24 hour support.
Most firms sell you the product and you find it impossible to speak to anyone with questions about the program which you invested your hard earned money in hopes of making money online from home.
You cannot get answers to your issues on why something is not working and what you may have neglected. Over 85% of the so-called "opportunities" are guilty of such disregard, or out-right scams.

Huge Energy Savings Are Made Possible by a DIY Generator
slack alternatives open source. Electricity providers are feeling the pressure to maintain profits while paying higher and higher prices for fuels. This turns into a proxy war in which the consumer is forced to pay the price for the rising prices of natural gas and oil. Making a DIY generator is growing popular in this fight.
Tumblr media
Higher energy costs are causing people to rush to save all the electricity in their homes that they can. Lights and electrical equipment is being turned off whenever it is not in use. Windows are being opened to keep the air conditioner off. People are also rushing to buy new energy efficient kitchen and bathroom appliances.
All of these people are trying to save money, but they are all overlooking an easy way to do it. Building a personal generator is that way. All of the parts needed to build it can be found in hardware stores for fewer than two hundred bucks, and the savings on the electricity bill will be enormous.
To build your own generator requires you to know a few things first. There must be no question that you have the correct parts to build your machine. In order to find this out, engineers or even mechanics can help you if you have access to them.
The results of the output of your generator could be less than you want if you do not know how your generator works. It is a good idea to make a layout of what everything does. It is also good to understand the power source for your machine and how much power it can put out.
Do not overestimate the power supply of your generator. Taking your house or business off the grid expecting that your generator will pick up the slack is probably not the best idea. A DIY generator is not the most powerful device, but you can probably power small appliances and still save money with it. Savings should be relatively instant. You can expect to see energy and monetary savings on the first bill after you install your generator. All of these savings will make you wonder why you did not build a generator in the first place.
As people strive to save money in the rising energy market, building a DIY generator can be the answer to their dreams. Money savings are almost instant after installation and these savings can be used on further home improvements that also save money. Why would you spend hundreds of dollars each month on the electric bill if you do not have too?
