YEA the anniversary edition is great!! Fun fact - in that game, the farmer will do a variety of things to protect the cows, including playing death metal music to scare you off (it actually works btw, it stresses your wolf out)
Have you seen Wolfquest cows…. Both from classic and anniversary edition 🥺 (the wiki page for them has the gallery at the bottom separated for the two kinds!)

so far after the hectic exit from their den, the meadow run pack has been pretty uneventful (despite how we're currently right on the border of our territory we haven't even had many stranger wolf attacks at all). the pups are now a respectable 10 pounds.
here are some screenshots of lilac and typhoon out and about their day. its a shame that the blueness of his coat is less apparent than it was in the wintertime but he's still a gorgeous wolf.
i have no idea why i keep bringing hares back to the pups as they cant eat solid food yet... still a good habit to have i think.
there was also an elk herd right next to the bushes the pups were in when we came back in the last in-game day which was kind of funny. oh well, more food for us. lilac ended up being a pretty overzealous hunter considering her poor stats. she's doing a lot better than starling (my other recent runt playthrough) though, simply because she has more speed... speed for sure feels like the most important stat in wolfquest.
