when someone is stuffing their face and they can't help the moans and whimpers that slip past their lips because their gut is just so stuffed full but they cant stop themselves for cramming in more

try not to think too hard about all that delicious rich food I'm going to fill you with, I can feel your stomach growling from my seat.

let me feed you until you cant take the feeling of your belt digging into your lower tummy and then let me take it off for you and I might as well unzip your pants while I'm at it, then you should let me keep feeding you until you cant hold any more and let me rub your sensitive tummy packed tight with all your favorite foods

Just think of a boy who went out on a trip somewhere that has rich and exotic food his tummy isn't used to and maybe he ate too much to begin with but filled up on desserts anyways because he's not very good a gauging how much space is left in his belly and maybe to compensate with the new foods that caused his tummy to ache he drinks lots of water as he eats which overfills him even more. his tummy is overfull and sloshy and aches from the strain of everything inside of it and he quickly realizes he is too full. too full to keep everything down. suddenly all his dinner and water doesn't feel so great sitting in his belly and a sudden ache lurches him forward and his dinner comes rushing back up.

the contrast of a overfull aching tummy on a empty starved one is one of my favorite things to fantasize about. Someone who fed their SO all of the rich dinner they made and left nothing for themselves so they could see their partners full happy belly. Then the 2 pressed up against each other and the fullness and ache of the stuffed tummy up against the empty one and the empty one twisting and groaning at the feeling of its meal inside the other tummy.

Bad Coffee

me and my boy went out to go get coffee this morning and I guess it didn't sit right with him but he didn't tell that to me and sat through brunch and a massive meal with a stomach ache, which just made his tummy more upset. I asked him if he wanted dessert and then he finally told me "the coffee isn't sitting right and it's making my tummy hurt" bless him he was so full and achy he couldn't drink water. I had to help him upstairs and rub his tummy while it was groaning and gurgling so much I could feel it through his skin. I laid him down and gave him tummy and back rubs, running my nails up and down the sides of his full distended belly. I love babying him so much.

I want to baby and feed a boy slowly over time, making him rich, filling home cooked meals and feeding them to him. Making sure he is full after dinner and maybe giving him some dessert as a reward for eating so well. Then I want to rub his full tight belly while he lays there sleepily digesting and plant kisses all over his belly while i praise him for being such a good boy.
