I need someone to edit Violet telling Francesca that she could barely tell Edmund her name and then cut to Francesca stumbling over introducing herself to Michaela!
Was talking to my friend about protentional for season 4's ending and how it could set up season 5 in the most dramatic way possible and I really like what I cooked up but because the writing sucks they probably won't do it so it'll live in my dreams.
Disclaimer: I have not seen anything of Season 3 besides the last episode and I'm a Philoise lover so if you love Theo then please move along.
Basically through season 4, Eloise's subplot is that she's been talking with Phillip Crane but she's been on the fence on whether she actually wants to off to Romney Hall to meet him. Then it's revealed that Benedict is in love with Sophie. While she is happy for her favorite brother, there's a part that's a bit bitter. Benedict is able to be with Sophie but she lost her chance with Theo? How is that fair? On top of that, she's dealing with the fact that Benedict is leaving which compounds her loneliness at Pen being married.
At the announcement party, Eloise is being a brat so Violet tries to tell her to stop. They get into an argument until Violet says something a little too harsh (didn't think that through, this is really just off a brief convo with my bestie.) So, in the heat of the moment Eloise decides she's just going to go off to Phillips. We don't see this but Eloise packs her things and leaves a note that gets lost like in the books.
Cut to later that night when the party is over and Violet regrets what she said to Eloise so she goes to her room to try to speak to her. She's a little worried that she's not there but goes to look for her in the library. She starts to chide her about reading too late but realizes Eloise isn't there. Panic starts to set in as she calls for the servants to help in her search and to get Anthony. She hurries outside to the yard but the swings are both empty.
the way violet bridgerton looked at francesca when john was telling the story about mud honestly brought tears to my eyes. she may not understand the both of them but she *does* understand that completely adoring look francesca had for john. another one of her kids has found true love, no one does it like violet <3
"you do not sound like yourself." "i hope you know my care for you is not contingent on your aid." "that means a great deal to me." fuck nasty about it already
