I'm so sorry you're going through all this dear, if there's anything I can give you it's that there is no possible way for things to stay bad forever because things are always changing in small ways. It's easy to feel stuck and like everything sucks forever and ever but I promise you even if the change itself is painful, things can and will change for the better. It can't rain all the time.
