Around this time of year I get several messages asking how robot figures can be used as ornaments. Hey! So fun fact, the glitches that happened during last weekend's limited edition holiday robot drop were worse than I thought. Turns out these "Christmas Cuddles " Sleepy Robots for some reason got kicked from available to inactive when the updates went live, so they technically never were made available. This also happened with the reindeer Kigurumi robots, but I caught that one sooner and those were listed/sold as normal. WTF Etsy? I have to issue a HUGE apology to anyone and everyone who had issues with items not loading or in some cases getting 404 errors when trying to visit my shop link. It appears with so many people visiting at the same time it caused a glitch/lag. I wholeheartedly appreciate each and everyone of you who visited my shop. A quick reminder, as in previous years, due to extremely high order volume I will NOT be combing orders placed separately or issuing partial shipping refunds Nov. 20th to Jan. 1st. Currently I'm receiving 20- 30 orders per day. Please keep in mind I am making, processing, packing and shipping every item myself. To get orders out in a timely manner and with as little human error on my part as possible. I try to get orders out in the order they were received or as items are completed. Combining orders requires me to go through each open order to find orders matching the same person and address and then issuing individual partial shipping refunds. This is normally an easy task, but at this busy time this process really slows things down and if all items are not ready at the same time it will delay your order(s) as some items are still made on a per order basis, especially now due to clay shortages. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
