This is the tenth and final oil painting I’ve done. I love this piece and how fun it was to explore the expressive and symbolic use of color. 🎆🏰🎇

This is the ninth oil painting I’ve done. I love how this turned out but my classmates didn’t share the same opinion. This assignment was particularly difficult due to the color palette being strictly a “dead palette.” I think my professor made that up to be difficult because this assignment sucked.

This is the fifth oil painting I’ve done. This assignment was very texture based which was difficult for me but I think this piece turned out okay.

This is the fourth oil painting I’ve done. I’m not too fond of this piece as the assignment requirements were very restrictive, we could only paint something related to The Gift of the Magi story. But I enjoy the colors and furthered my painting skills.

While this was initially for a photography class the final required a mixed media element. So technically this is both photography and sculpture lol. I also love how this turned out but wish I could’ve hung it on the wall without the pieces falling off.

My collection of drawings from my drawing still lives class. I overall hated this class, these drawings, and the professor. But they’re apart of my university art assignments and helped me improve in other artistic mediums, so they’re useful more then aesthetically pleasing. ✏️
