I feel like I haven’t been particularly positive recently.
So
I have complete and utter faith that everything can and will improve. No matter what you are going through, there is a light and it’s possible to reach.
You can do it. It’s not impossible. You are stronger than you realise.
remember that point in time when dropping your phone didn’t break it but instead the back of it fell off and the battery fell out and you just had to put it back on
When at work we are not particularly professional. For instance during the summer we have fans on to keep cool. Me and John pretended be in titanic (I think we all know which scene) while Matt pretended to be an iceberg crashing in to us. This occurred directly at the moment a small family arrived.
They enjoyed it and were very friendly.
At the till I then pretended to be in an elevator to entertain their screaming child. Who was very surprised to see me through the glass display sink out of view.
I love it and I think more shops should break down the barrier of professionalism and be friendlier to customers. It breaks the weird tension and makes them more willing to approach you with a question and therefore more willing to be convinced to buy something.
Obviously don’t be completely stupid. But I believe kindness and being friendly are the perfect ways to gain anybody’s trust.
