Antigua and Barbuda:

Even though the Red Cross is Questionable, Ticketing, an app developed by Antiguans, is collecting donations in-app and all funds received will be donated to the joint efforts of the National Office of Disaster Services and the Antigua and Barbuda Red Cross. Habitat for Humanity of Trinidad and Tobago (for Barbuda relief)
