the reasons as to how and why caine's head is a denture is so important to me because I feel like it ties into the artificiality of not only the circus but HIM himself . he's fake and artificial and that's what he hates most. he isn't composed of real flesh, he isn't natural or human . he's a piece of man made code, and that is reflected through his dentures, they both mimick the characteristics of a human, but they're still just not quite real. his entire character is a performance act!!! a cosplay!!! you could also argue that the fact that his entire head is a set of dentures could link to a sort of fixation with humanity, like the concept is so engraved within him it has BECOME him (but im not sure with this one idk his character enough). it’s essentially torture because they're a reminder of his absence of humanity, and i think whoever made him knew that when they wrote his code and designed his character for the circus. or imagine if his design is a product of his own creation, stemming from his own desire to be REAL. and apparently the creator said he's inspired by AM from ihnmaims and like just think about ittt, he is ALL mouth, he is a TALKING denture defined by what he lacks. he could talk and laugh and scream for hours but what would it matter for it would never have any authenticity

but whatever its probably just a silly little design for a silly little man
