My follow up question is:do you think the events of the 2 video games occur in separate universe[s];or perhaps FF7 events occur prior to FF15 events? Oh ok! I do believe that that they could be in the same universe but in different times.

Like, ff15 occurring after the 500 something years since the events of ff7.

I don’t have any solid evidence for why I think this way, it’s more of a hc I like if anything.

But again I don’t have anything to back it up with so I guess take what I say with a grain of salt 😅

I don’t personally think so. I’m not sure how put this as a summary but there isn’t really any connection between them other than there a little bit similar but not by much.
