In the MSIBWIH au, both are killers right? If it happened that both of them wanted to kill the same person, would they fight over who gets to do it or would Blue just let him have it? He kind of seems like the type of guy to think it'd be more hassle to fight over who gets to call dibs - but I could be wrong.

He just seems like he'd see Red already having his hands on his victim and going like "This is not worth it" and just leaving.

Also do they have fights over who has the better reasons to kill? One arguing for plant well-being, the other for yummy human burger he wants to sell.

Also also, do they make fun of each other's costumes? I could see it.

if it were anyone other than his brother, Blue usually wouldn't bother putting up a fight for a target, it's just not worth the fuss... but with Red all logic and reason goes out the window. if the fight turns physical it can get messy very fast, it would likely end up with neither of them getting the victim in the end

as soon as those two start fighting they go from grown men to little kids in a petty squabble.... and yes they give each other shit for their costumes lol

What's a turn off for Angel Bob? What could someone do to make him instantly dislike them (besides mistreatment of plants of course)? Would it depend on how close you are to him?

now here's a good question I actually haven't thought of much

this has been sitting in my inbox a few days and I've been trying to think of how to answer it, and I'm still not really sure! Angel Bob is someone who paradoxically dislikes most people while also desperately wanting company. Like you said, the biggest faux pas someone can make around him is disrespecting plant life, but otherwise... hmm.

I guess I'll say he doesn't like people who are too nosy, pushy, or otherwise "too much" for him. Someone sniffing around his business too much will only make him retreat further into himself, and if they delve too deep they may find themself on his chopping block. Likewise, if someone is trying too hard to get him to do things he doesn't want to do, he'd steer clear of them as well. he couldn't stand to have someone controlling in his life.

And, as a personal preference, he wouldn't really like people who are Just Too Much. There's a balance to it; he's a quiet guy who rather enjoys the quiet, but could also enjoy the exuberance of another person. They'd have to know when to reel it in though, and meet him at his level sometimes. An adult that doesn't know how to dial it back is no better than a child in his eyes, and he doesn't do great with kids.

ok here goes. this may be a weird take, but non-adopted people are SO weird about family. just... so weird about it. especially the western concept of family. Whenever I see people who very obviously haven't broken out of the mindset that a family is nothing more than Hierarchy and Power Dynamics I feel like I'm the only one who got out of plato's cave

A family is a support network, that contains a lot of nuance, and means different things to different people... you can choose who fits that definition for you. maybe this just comes easier to me because it's something I was taught from a young age, maybe it's just luck of the draw, but I can't help but think it's odd when people seem AGAINST the concept of family because to them all they can see is abuse. It's sad. family is a wonderful thing and I'm glad to have mine.
