yah talking things out is healthy but at some point u gotta suck it up and move the fuck on cause the more you talk about it the more it embeds into your mind and becomes a part of your daily thought processes. youre just gonna keep overanalyzing things and never find the closure that ur hoping to find. ignoring things isn’t the worst thing sometimes. keep yourself busy. occupy your mind. free it from the burden of ever letting the past take up space in it. cause one day you might suddenly remember it and realize you didn’t even know you were gradually forgetting and moving on.
