This may be controversial but I think minors shouldn’t have an official religion. Ofc they should be allowed to participate in religious rituals (the ones that do not harm them in any way), but I think people should only be legally allowed to choose a religion after they turn 18.

I say this based on cases of (for example) parents that are [insert religion] and because of that they won’t let their kids get the medical treatment they need, like a blood transfusion or an organ transplant.

If you’re an adult and you want to believe in a religion that doesn’t allow that, then okay, your loss in case something happens with you, but it shouldn’t be legal doing this with kids.
