He turned till he was facing the water, then looked up at the moon. It was the whole reason he came to the beach after all.

Gabriel looked up at the moon as he walked by the water.

He starts shaking, confused and trying not to look at the blood all over the sand. He looks like he’s gonna puke.

When he noticed the glowing, he stayed still and just looked at it.

Hello Updike, how’s your day going?

Gabriel smiled brightly.

“Hello there. My day is going great so far.”

Updike quietly sighed.

“When it comes to sleep paralysis nightmares, I can’t exactly magically make it stop. I wish I could though. But I do know that they can see me along with any hallucinations that they may be seeing, so I try to lighten things up the best I can till it’s over.”

He put his hands together, then slowly pulled them apart, creating a golden glowing star shape.

“I’ll usually just put little stars around and play a calming music box tune. Try to make it a little bit more bearable till it ends. Luckily, sleep paralysis generally lasts less than a couple minutes.”
