my mother openly mocked me and told me no in a 15 minute rant over a chest binder. She has made me cry because of me being who I am. She uses my preferred name against me. She tells me that she wont support me unless I’m 28 years old.

If you live in the US and you’re 18+, make sure you get out there and vote this November 6th! This election is absolutely crucial for protecting the rights of women, LGBT+ folks, people of color, and all other minorities that are at risk with our current administration.

If you can’t vote yet, make sure others around you are voting! You can make your voice heard too by writing to government officials, going to marches, and generally staying informed on what’s going on. Do all that if you can vote, too!
