Decided on a whim to do a style swap of my Toonkind sisters. They look way better in each other's styles than I thought they would ngl :)

Ooh, I just saw your art for AVGems Blue and Yellow. All of your designs for the characters are so cute <3

Two questions. Did you design Labby first then Yellow/Blue (or vice versa) or both sets together? And does Second know that Labby is a fusion or is it like the original SU where he finds out later?

ty: Second finds out later :] in this au they actually unfuse a little more than Garnet did after Second finds out. They like holding hands.

IK you talked about Labby before but between Yellow and Blue who would play as Ruby and who would be Sapphire?

yellow is = sapphire

blue = ruby

except blue is not A Ruby, she’s a Turquoise :] (which we have decided to make basically the same as a ruby gem lwk just blue)

Hi! Your art style and characterisation is lovely! I really enjoy your expressions and interactions. My favourite is definitely Mango calling all Purple's friends different names. It makes me laugh a lot :)

After 2-3 months working on it she is done

would have finished sooner if I hadn't changed up the embroidery style to do the flames.

Learned quite a lot, might post progress shots at some point. Most important lesson is:

If you do a couching stitch. Plan it out beforehand. Don't be me and fuck around because like fuck did I find outttt

Since it's been a few years and she's gotten older now, I did up a new reference for Joy :D She's recently turned 9 and is getting up to a lot of mischief with her friends Missy and Mad Lad

Still love her to pieces and am looking forward to getting to play her more in the future :)
