The equivalent of Antarctic research stations but in fantasy worlds like for example there’s an evil terrible region of rotting and nightmares but like nine miles from the edge there’s a very ugly little building optimistically called Observation Center 1 and it’s full of normal humans just vibing. for like 90% of the year they can’t leave because that’s Death Fog Season but it balances out because they can study the ghost migrations and also hear the whalesong-like calls of The Unspeakable Ones asking you to come outside for a game of checkers but thankfully the checkers set is kept locked up to slow down anyone that gets tempted

Gonna drop a new ‘wait, that’s not canon?’ bomb on the Danny Phantom fandom.

The Ghost Dog’s name is not actually called Cujo.

Danny has only ever called the Ghost Dog ‘Cujo’ one time when sending him back into the Ghost Zone and he is never referred to by that name in any future appearances of the character.

In Globs of Doom where the Ghost Dog appears as a boss Danny just calls him a ‘ghost dog’.

If anything, it’s just a nickname people have adopted for the ghost dog. It was just meant to be a Stephen King reference but everyone just said ‘that’s his name’. Including Butch Hartman himself.

Cujo is not the Ghost Dog’s actual name. We never find out what his name really was.

But the nickname is universally accepted and it wouldn’t surprise me if it becomes his official name in future continuations for the show.
