when jane austen said “if i loved you less, i might be able to talk about it more” and when hozier said “im so full of love, i can barely eat” and when nizar qabbani said "because my love for you is higher than words, I have decided to fall silent."

"Hermione walked closer to him and gently grabbed his wrist. He could smell her perfume again and felt his stomach turn. “Draco, I can see how miserable you were. Why don’t you let me show you a good time instead?”
That perfume. That dress. That suggestive way she said his name. This new Hermione had drawn him in completely. Pretending to resist any further would be impossible.
“Sure. Why not?”

The Space Between Worlds 🕊
In which Hermione is balancing a muggle life with a magical one, and finds solace in two surprising wizards in the space between them.
“Hermione no longer knew how to distinguish between her lives.
It felt as if she had ten different ones, when in reality there were only two.
There was muggle Hermione, full of hope and promise as she finished up her second degree in Art History this year at a very prestigious school in London. And then there was wizard Hermione, the golden girl who had lost most of her shine and drank more fire-whiskey than tea on a daily basis.
It was becoming beyond overwhelming for her.
Between her academic course load, and trying to tackle the muggle history role she had landed herself at the Ministry, she felt like her brain was about to implode. For once in her life, the insufferable swot had thought maybe she’d filled her quota of knowledge. That’s not to say she didn’t vehemently enjoy both subject matters that were taking up equal parts of her brain… It was just so much.”

“During the Age of Silence, people communicated more, not less. Basic survival demanded that the hands were almost never still, and so it was only during sleep (and sometimes not even then) that people were not saying something or other. No distinction was made between the gestures of language and the gestures of life. The labor of building a house, say, or preparing a meal was no less an expression than making the sign for “I love you” or “I feel serious”. When a hand was used to shield one’s face when frightened by a loud noise something was being said, and when fingers were used to pick up what someone else had dropped something was being said; and even when the hands were at rest, that, too, was saying something.”
