I preordered the Age of Primes Solus and Megatronus back in January, with the knowledge that they would ship out beginning of May.

They were not :( and now the postal system is going on strike again so who knows how long until I have the babies in my possession ;_;

Okay so I’m almost certain I’ve see this panel before but only now is my brain making some connections between this and Christianity?

Solus forging the matrix with Primus guiding her hand? This draws some parallels to God choosing Mary to give birth to Jesus. Obviously up for anyone to interpret how they wish! But personally that’s what this comes off as to me

Finally about to start the trip back home after having spent the weekend at TF Con LA! Such a great time meeting up with everyone and experiencing this con.

This was also my first trip alone. I’ve traveled with work before so always had people with me/a place to return to. Travelling by ship has had its perks. Where when I would get tired or overwhelmed I could just go inside and pretend like I was still back home in Canada with my coworkers. While this time I was always aware I wasn’t home. I’ve felt a little bit alien at times. Though I’m happy to have been welcomed with open arms by all that I got to meet.

Despite my culture shock, I can’t help but love how beautiful California is. I certainly hope to come back for another TF Con in the future. With hopefully more saved up since the Canadian dollar doesn’t go as far in the US u_u

OKAY I saw this screenshot and had an idea about this scene I wanted to bring up

So this is directly after D-16 has stated that the age of Primes has ended, and just as he is becoming Megatron. He’s so mentally/emotionally over the matrix that even his best friend receiving it directly from Primus doesn’t matter to him. But in this scene even before Orion shows up as Optimus, D is physically and visually above the matrix as well.
