your consciousness is not physically bolted to this reality. if it were, you wouldn't have dreams. you wouldn't hallucinate. you wouldn't even be able to visualise a beach. every single time you imagine anything, that's proof your awareness can move.
the brain cannot distinguish between imagined and real stimuli. this is literally the foundation of sports psychology, trauma recovery, even hypnosis. your body responds to what your mind accepts.
multiverse theory. infinite timelines. particles reacting to observation. particles being in two places at once. yeah. reality isn't a fixed hallway. it's. like. a soup. a vibrating probability field where everything exists at once and your assumptions act like a shopping list that says, hi i'll take that version, thanks.
you don't wake up every day aching for a dream unless that dream is real somewhere. yearning is evidence. no one cries for a lie this hard. no one builds entire worlds from scratch unless the blueprint is embedded in their soul.
you are a shifter because you remember something the rest of the world forgot.
so even when you feel yucky, even when you're numb and weird and shaky and done, you're still you. and they're still yours. and the world is still waiting. and this is not the end.

the void is not a destination. it’s your NATURAL STATE.

🤍✨ what the void REALLY is
the void is PURE AWARENESS. the consistent, silent field of consciousness behind every thought, identity, sensation, and desire. it’s not a place. it’s not a technique. it’s not a feeling.
it’s what remains when you detach from the ego. from your 3D. from the physical realm of reality. from the projection of your 4D. it’s the space between thoughts.
it’s the AWARENESS of thoughts.
it’s the “you” before you ever had a name. some people call it your soul, pure consciousness, etc. but ultimately, it all describes the same spiritual awareness that selects and experiences your reality.
when you are deeply present, not thinking, not doing, just being, you begin to REALIZE that deeper layer. THAT’S the void.

what you observe -> BECOMES.

so the void?
it’s your SANDBOX.
because in that pure state of awareness, there are no limitations. only POTENTIAL.

you don’t access the void by escaping your body. you don’t “leave” your current reality. you don’t chase stillness. you SURRENDER into it.
here’s one way it unfolds (how it goes for me):
get still. physically, emotionally, mentally.
close your eyes. not to shut out the world, but to turn toward the one inside you.
observe your thoughts without following. let them pass.
observe and realize the awareness behind awareness.
sounds abstract? that’s because it is, but that doesn’t make it complicated.
this isn’t about doing more. it’s about letting go. the “difficulty” often comes from being deeply identified with the 3D and closed-off to the idea that there’s more to what we see in the physical.
when you’re attached to that framework, the void can feel confusing or unreachable. but the truth is: it’s always been here. it’s the source of the 3D projection that you experience physically.

🤍✨ why there’s no direct/traditional “PROOF” of the void
because this is DIRECT EXPERIENCE. not theory. not belief. not even science, though it echoes it.

no one can define your inner stillness.
and no one can disprove your ability to return to the pure field of consciousness that you’ve always been.
it’s not anti-science, it simply exists BEYOND what conventional science can access. and that’s okay. like the quantum field, the void is limitless possibility until observed, and YOU are the observer.

how to shift whenever (from an experienced shifter)
i see so many people still talking about shifting like it’s this impossible thing, like you have to beg the universe for it or spend months trying every method out there. so here’s the truth, from someone who’s actually been shifting consistently for a while:
you can shift whenever you want.
and no, that’s not just motivational bs, that’s literally how it works when you understand what shifting actually is.
shifting isn’t something you try to do. it’s something you allow. the version of you that already lives in your desired reality? they already exist. your job isn’t to create them , it’s to align with them.
you don’t need to feel tingles or hear signs or vibrate at some perfect level. you don’t need the perfect sleep schedule or the perfect script. what you need is clarity.
clarity that says: “i know what i want. i know it already exists. and i trust myself enough to go there.”
when i shift, i don’t force it. i don’t chase it. i become it.
it’s just a decision:
a breath.
a moment.
a quiet “i’m already there.”
and then i fall into it.
not because i’m trying so hard, but because i finally stopped trying.
once you drop the resistance, once you stop doubting, you realize how easy it is. how natural. how familiar.
there’s no big secret. no magic formula.
just presence. trust. surrender.
and once you taste it? once you know you can do it?
you’ll never stress about it again.

it’s stones prickling my feet with wiry grass, my hand holding on to who've known me for ages and I, consciously, only a few days but it feels like a lifetime with them. it’s familiar yet it’s not, my feet know the path ahead of me but my eyes do not. they call me by a name that’s only ever played in my head and I know I’ve made it.
it’s cold seeping in and chilling my bones from the lake, fingertips pruning and numb. the laughter that rings both familiar and foreign from my friends, dogs that nose me with kinship that I know deep in my bones. it’s shivering in the grass, tingles running up my spine from sun warming my back, hands fisting sand in my grip, caked beneath my nails is seaweed and dust and I know I’ve made it

shifting is supposed to be fun, so protect your heart, make those precautions and feel, the texture of your table, of your clothes, remember that your dr is exactly like that

Despite what you may have been led to believe, manifestation is completely natural—something we've all been doing since we were kids. It's in our human nature to manifest. The law has always worked and always will. So why does it seem so difficult for some of us to manifest now? I'm here to shed some light on that.
It's fairly simple: You're trying too hard.
I know, I know. A lot of people in our space have been repeating this sentiment. However, that's because it's completely true.
Manifestation is one of the easiest things you'll ever do, and I can't emphasize this enough. No matter how it may feel at times, you're not playing tug-of-war against the 3D, the universe, or whatever you think is holding you back. If I had to describe it, you're more like walking up to the rope, snatching it, and taking it home. No competition, no opposition. There’s nothing and nobody standing in the way of you and your desires. Nothing can stop you. Nothing. You are limitless.
What's the point of fighting against an invisible, nonexistent opponent when you've already got everything you could ever want? The only thing you have to do is claim it—accept it as your own because it is. Doubts? Doesn't matter. Circumstances? Irrelevant. Instead of trying to fend off your doubts or ignore the 3D, just don't. When something tests you, let it. Laugh at it. Refuse to take it seriously because it truly isn’t worth your energy. Don’t waste your time on meaningless distractions.
Revel in the fact that you already have your desire. Enjoy it! Your desire isn’t being created out of thin air—it’s already waiting for you. All you have to do is claim it. The moment you do, it’s yours. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. Nothing will ever change that.
So, stop. Stop fighting. Stop wasting your energy on pointless, imaginary battles. Someone who truly has their desire wouldn’t bother—so why are you?

How to GENUINELY create an assumption without feeling like you’re lying to yourself/pretending/have to “convince” yourself. How to actually accept your desire as TRUE.
Please, please understand that an assumption isn't forced or something you have to "try" to believe because it's just something you accept as true without question. You don't wake up every day wondering if you have a name, if the sky is blue or if gravity works. You just know with certainty. That's how conscious manifestation works. You decide something IS true and of course it reflects like every other assumption. You need to ACTUALLY assume you have something to get it please don't pretend or hope. A real assumption isn't forced, it's something you accept as fact without needing proof. If you say you assumed something but then claim it didn't happen you didn't actually assume it lol. You either doubted it, contradicted it or held another assumption alongside it. You assuming is NOT a technique and it's not something you "do" to get something.
The reason some people treat creating an assumption like it's a technique is because they think if they repeat it enough their mind will suddenly be tricked into believing it. That's NOT how an assumption works. An assumption is just accepting something as fact. If you're trying to "convince" yourself you're admitting you don't actually accept it as true. Come on… your mind is not stupid. It knows when you're forcing something versus when you genuinely accept it as reality (assume it). You need to be so certain that questioning isn't even an option and idc if other people disagree because who questions an assumption? An assumption is something you accept as true without proof go search it up. You must stay firm. It's not hoping, testing or checking for results it's about knowing aka accepting it as a fact. When you truly assume something it becomes your reality instantly. Reality will always reflect your truth.
So how do you truly accept something as true? It's actually simple but people overlook because they think taking time to face what's holding them down will waste their time. It's better to find out why you're finding it difficult and address it instead of staying stuck in a loop forever.
You need to find out what is preventing you from accepting your own word as the truth. Why don't you trust your own word as a fact? If you tell yourself "I have my desire" but deep down you're doubting or waiting or looking for proof then ask yourself "why don't I trust myself?" What thoughts are making you second guess your own reality? Is it because you're treating the physical world as more real than your own assumptions? Is it because you think that the physical world is the reason why you think you don't have what you want, when in reality it's because you assumed it first for it to reflect? Did you forget that reality is a mirror of your assumptions? Could it be you're looking at your circumstances and saying ughhh this is what's happening instead of actually understanding that what's happening is just a reflection of what you have been assuming up until this moment? Or maybe you've placed your power outside of yourself right? You believe circumstances or external factors hold weight in your manifestation rather than realising that NOTHING is set in stone and the only thing dictating your reality is your current assumption right? Maybe you think you have to do something and this is far too simple?
Figure it out and actually just spend time with yourself to pin point where you are struggling. Stop running away from your problems and address the reason why you can't accept your word as the truth. Remind yourself of the basics of the Law if you need to.
Now ask yourself what are you ACTUALLY assuming? Look at you telling yourself "Oh I'm affirming for my SP" and that being reflected back: you affirming for your SP. Look at you treating the concept of "just decide" like another method or technique to get to your desire and that being reflected in your reality: you in the process of using "just decide" like a technique to manifest. See how perfect the Law is? It's reflecting exactly what you're assuming. You're seeing your assumptions play out exactly as they are because manifestation is always based on what you're ACTUALLY assuming. You're STILL giving options to reality when there are no options… it's only what you say it is. As soon as you drop the debate you have with yourself in your mind and stop entertaining opposing thoughts you'll see how easy it is. You don't argue with yourself about basic facts of your life do you? You just accept them as true. That's exactly how you need to see your assumptions. Yes you need to be that certain and firm.
I PROMISE you the "key" everyone talks about to getting what you want… repeat with me… is to decide once and for all that it's done and that's it. Just accept it as true. Please just say f*ck all and accept it as true. What will you lose? Just do it.

what do you do with the 3d?
let's clear the floor. let's slit it open tile by tile. let's sweep the shards into our palms and try again. let me rip the carpet up while we're at it, dig my hands into the marrow of the matter and ask, what are we doing with the 3d, really. are we making it our girl friday or our ghost. are we ignoring the curtain or stepping through it. the question is, do you even recognise what you're looking at.
but let's step back. what is the 3d, anyway. physical reality. consensus hallucination. not sacred, not sinful. not a riddle to be solved nor a cage to be broken. just a card in the deck, drawn with shaky hands. the one everyone agrees to pretend is real. you can treat it like an omen, if you want. or a person you absolutely abhor. but don't mistake it for the author. it's only ever the copy, the imprint, or the last known address of a belief. yesterday's ink on today's page, and even that can smudge.
because everyone has an answer and most of them feel like used tissues. soggy with someone else's satori. should we ignore the 3d. befriend it. spit at its feet like it called us boring. the answers all sound like someone else's language. someone else's idea of what devotion is. someone else's diagram of control. and most of them are at war with nuance. 
the 3d is your echo. it's a feedback loop, a dog who learnt the tricks you taught it. it moves like you do. it learns what you reward. it listens to what you repeat. it's not speaking, it's mouthing back. and yes, it has weight. like wet fabric or a hospital corridor. it has textures. grit. gravity. but weight is not truth. it's just density. what you believe has mass. not because it's real, but because you've given it rehearsal time, memorised the script, built sets around it, fed it from your own bowl.
so here's what the 3d is: a tarot card. upright or reversed, depending on the day. never the deck itself, never the hand that shuffles. it's a reading, not a sentence. a reflection, not a law. its power is borrowed. it's never permanent. it's never personal. it is what you thought yesterday, blinking back at you in today's light. you don't have to ignore it. you don't have to kneel at its altar, either. the 3d can be your chorus girl or your case study.  it doesn't mind. it has no ego. it doesn't need to win. it just needs something to reflect. and if you change your face, it will too.
treat it how you want. name it. reframe it. pin it to the wall or forget it in a drawer. pet it like a cat or argue with it like a brother. none of it matters. what matters is remembering that it follows you. it always does. not because it loves you. because it has no other choice.
just remember: the card is not the future. it's a translation. and all translations are subject to error, to bias, to mood. the 3d isn't fact. it's rendering. if you want a different reading, shuffle again.
it's a ghost. and it only haunts what you've already abandoned.

How to manifest your dream life in hard circumstances
People love to say just feel good and raise your vibes like that’s easy when your life is literally crumbling. like girl, i’m broke, crying, spiraling, mentally fighting demons and you want me to assume that a mansion is already there? be serious. But here’s the thing you actually don’t need to have it all together to manifest. You can be a total wreck and still be shifting your entire life in the background, because manifestation isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being persistent, like yeah, i’m crying, but i’m still that girl, i’m still rich, i’m still chosen, i still gonna get everything i want.
The 3D might look like trash rn but that doesn’t mean anything but that’s old news, that’s just not your truth anymore. It’s literally just leftovers from past thoughts. Stop letting it gaslight you into thinking you’re stuck. You’re not. You’re actually in the middle of a whole reality flip but you keep pausing it by reacting to the bs around you. The moment you stop giving the 3D authority, you win. stop arguing with it. stop explaining yourself. just be like, nah, my manifestations are done. and then move like it even if you’re tired even if you’re lowkey doubting, keep deciding, keep choosing the version of you who already has it.
It doesn’t have to feel magical you don’t have to float on vibes and moonlight. sometimes manifesting looks like dragging yourself out of bed and whispering everything is working out for me even when you feel like oh everything's falling apart and that’s powerful, you’re powerful. even in your worst moment, you still have the power to flip it all. You’re not behind, you didn’t ruin anything. You’re literally always one decision away from everything shifting. Keep going. The 3D will catch up. it always does, and stop victimising yourself like oh I can't manifest because of this and that, GIRL PLEASE???? So stop treating it as an excuse and just decide for god's sake.

Yes, read that again and again and again. It is 100% true.
You’re not meant to gaslight yourself and deny the 3D. You must accept that’s how THAT reality will go and that’s also NOT YOUR reality. Having a knowing of that creates disconnection between the old story and who you truly are. Not having a knowing of that and constantly worrying about it and fearing it makes you connected to your old story. Stop worrying about stuff (3D) that has nothing to do with you.
You have nothing to change but self. What I mean by that is change where your mind is at, not your thoughts. Your thoughts and mind are two different things/parts. As long as you change self it must externalize. There is nothing to change or create but your mind, you’re not creating nothing in the 3D because it is already done in your mind, only your mind matters nothing else.

well . . . you never 'wake up' in your desired reality. you don't arrive. there is no terminal gate, no sudden cut to black followed by credits rolling on a new world. if you're waiting for the crash, you've misunderstood the flight. but that's semantics. anyways.
shifting isn't an event. it's not a rupture, it's not a lottery win, it's not a punishment or miracle. it's continuity. like breathing, like blinking. what happens when you shift is not that you go somewhere else. it's that you stop arguing with where you are. and by the time you notice, the scenery's already changed.
so you don't wake up in your cr because your cr isn't a separate bedroom you break into once you've behaved enough. your cr is the bed you've always been in. your cr is now. it's here. it's this. but you're still trying to see it through the peephole of your old logic. through scarcity and suspense and the habit of believing everything real has to hurt.
the expectation to 'wake up' comes from the same place as superstition. it's a theatre of reward. you're still expecting it to feel deserved. to arrive with trumpets. to be marked by something. you're still trying to prove something to the doorman in your mind who thinks heaven has a guest list.
but your reality doesn't need fanfare. it doesn't need to knock. it's not late. it's not reluctant. it's not waiting on you to be more visual, more perfect, more devotional. you are not an unpaid intern at the church of quantum theory. you're not performing piety for a state change. you're not a myth. you're a chooser.
so . . . stop expecting to wake up. instead, assume you already did. yesterday. last week. two months ago. during lunch. when you put your phone down. when you said 'this is done.' the moment passed already. you missed it because you were squinting for a sign.
anywho. reality doesn't tap you on the shoulder. it really just expects to reflect something you've given. either the belief that you're here or you're there. your thoughts materialise.

there’s a thing that happens. a delusion, a performance, a cosmic joke that you’re in on until you realise you’re the punchline. you manifest something, no, you inhabit it, you embody it, you crawl inside its skin and zip yourself up. i have x. i own x. x is already in my hands. you say it until it isn’t a wish anymore, just a fact waiting to be noticed. and then. nothing.
the universe, god, the simulation, whoever’s supposed to be writing this cheque, has put you on hold. customer service music is playing. you are nowhere near x, your hands are empty, your environment bleak and x-less. you are spiritually rich and physically destitute, the manifestational equivalent of an aristocrat whose assets are frozen.
and you sit there, stunned. because it worked last time. and the time before that. and the time before that. like magic, like clockwork, like a law as immutable as gravity. you have received things you shouldn’t have received. things you had no way of getting. things that should have been out of reach but weren’t, because you knew how to want them properly. so why not now? why this, why you, why the delay?
      so , here’s how you get x
you ignore the absence of x. you treat x like an inevitability, like a train already hurtling down the tracks towards you. not like a possibility. not like a wish. an inevitability. you do not beg the train to come; you stand at the station as if it’s already rounding the bend. you prepare. you make space. you act as if.
this is not the delusion of a fool. this is the precision of an architect. the greats have always known this, athletes, actors, politicians, emperors. success is an air, a posture, a scent worn like cologne. you can smell it on people before they have it. and if you wear it long enough, the universe catches on.
you speak in possession, not longing. you train your mind to recoil at the word "want" like it’s poison. wanting affirms lack. you do not want, you have. you are.
but what about reality? what about facts? what about the brutalist architecture of circumstance, the stone and steel of what is?
what about it? reality is not static. it is pliant, malleable, a thing to be strong-armed and shaped. the first step in changing reality is refusing to bow to it.
so you do not acknowledge the empty space where x should be. you treat it like a chair already filled, a bank account already bursting, a future already decided. you hold the pose, you speak in the tense of the having, you ignore the absence until it has no choice but to become presence.
confidence + assumption = success. it has never been more complicated than that. the world has always belonged to those who assume it should.

little disclaimer, this is what works for me because it's what i genuinely believe in. it's called a shifting journey because it's up to you to explore what works for you and what doesn't.
after years of practicing the law of assumption i could experience with my own eyes what everyone says online: reality really is malleable, i'm the one that gets to shape it.
how does that work? we all know that persisting = hardening it into a fact. when you persist on an assumption, you'll perceive it as the truth, becoming the reality. in other words — the only reality is what we decide to perceive as reality.
if you perceive yourself as weak, insecure, ugly, poor, etc, that's your reality. if you perceive yourself as kind, confident, beautiful, rich, whatever your desire might be, there you go.
and why? because we are pure consciousness. we are not our physical body.

right, so what did i do to help me manifest 10 times faster and progress a lot in my shifting journey? i detached myself from my body and from reality in general.
i understood i am simply consciousness and this body is not me, it's a reflection of what i perceive as me. i achieved a mindset that i'm not bound to this body, i'm not chained to it.
anytime i manifest something, i'm simply shifting to a reality where i have my desire. simple as that.
it's funny because because every since i was a kid i had these moments where i looked at myself in the mirror and questioned "is this really me?". i spent so much time living inside my mind that i barely acknowledged my body...
same thing when detaching from reality —
many shifters might have the feeling that when getting to their desired reality, it'll be too easy to come back, way too easy. as if a simple thought about this reality will immediately bring your consciousness here again. like there's a magnet in this reality that will pull you back any instant.
this might be because you still don't fully understand how real your desired reality is. however, i do want you to have that feeling about your cr. understand that there's no magnet here or anywhere, you're the one who decides. you're the one that chooses what to perceive. this reality is merely temporary, just as shapable as your dr.
please note that you do not NEED to detach in order to shift/manifest. it's not a mandatory requirement because there's no such thing when it comes to shifting. there's no step-by-step. (i've said this like 10 times..)
to achieve this mindset, what i did was simply affirm until it became second nature to me, like common knowledge. i implemented it into my daily life, for example, i'd take a completely random moment throughout the day and look around, really observing everything around me and understanding: this is all what i choose to perceive. i'm in control. i'm not chained to this body, i don't belong to it. i'm what i choose to be. reality is only what i decide. etc...
i became really detached to everything. it's freeing, honestly. once i started living with this belief i was less anxious, focusing more on the little things of life instead of being in constant alert mode.

if you want something to manifest, decide it manifested. you've seen it. tasted it. f*cked it. whatever. it's a part of your experience now because it is. when you have a phone call and the conversation ends, the only way you know you had that phone call is because you tell yourself you had it. if your phone dies right after, what evidence other than your mind do you have to prove to yourself that you were talking to someone??? stop speaking about what you want as if you still want it. you'll be wanting for the rest of eternity. you either have it or you don't. if everything is now, why are you choosing to confusing yourself??? to be or not to be. that is the question but you are always being so what are you choosing?
