the thing is, i LIKE ebay. i think it's an extremely good website. it's intuitive and it's easy to get support if you need it. not only that, but the support team is FAST and they actually DO help if something goes wrong. i trust ebay because they've given me my money back before, proving that they're serious about that whole "money back guarantee" thing. there's a reason they've been around since the 90s and it's because they're reliable. so like, despite my problems with resellers, i do love the website itself. it's one of the very few platforms on the internet that i trust my payment information with.
