Well this isn’t how I was expecting Jay’s first grade year to end. 😅. . Today we did a “drive through” goodbye to Jay’s two first grade teachers, after quarantine schooling at home for three months. I almost cried as we pulled up but held back. . I CANNOT believe Jay is a FIRST GRAD 🤩🤩 where is my baby?? . It was so good to see and meet the woman who made Jay’s first grade so incredible. The woman who nurtured a nervous, sometimes shy little boy who could barely say a sentence and turned him into a reader. . THANK YOU to all of the teachers 👩🏻‍🏫..you are the unsung heroes of every child going through a very difficult time. Thankyou for transforming into online teacher ninjas overnight. It has been a great journey so far. There was something new to learn every year or I would say every year taught me something new.
