North feeling bittersweet about his first official race because he's worked so hard for this and he's wanted it for so long and he's really excited it's just that for so long that's included working by sonics side, for years he's imagined that when he finally got to go out on the track Sonic would be there either on the sidelines cheering him on or racing along side him but now it's time and Sonic is so far away and even though he's so happy that Sonic is following his dream he wishes more than anything that he was there but as he walks out to meet up with the rest of xhunter between changing and the race he sees Sonic with them and before sonic even sees him he is sprinting with tears in his eyes
