INTO YOU - Sae Solo (BONUS TRACK)

Creep returns with their trademark horror atmosphere just in time for Halloween, releasing their full length album titled OSHIMAI, a Japanese phrase typically used to end children’s stories. Throughout teasing for the album, the group used paper dolls to tell short ghost stories, accompanied by ominous piano music of their track list, with the popular phrase spoken at the end of each teaser. 

OSHIMAI marks the return of the group’s member Sae, who had been on hiatus for health reasons for four years. A solo was included in the album from her, treating it as a gift to her fans, and an apology for the long absence. She was excited to announce that she has finally returned to the group for good.

Soo shows her support with a performance at SPICED’s annual charity event. 

The idol who recently made her solo comeback took to the stage and performed a total of four songs: ‘Keep Moving’ ‘Play Time’ ‘The Best’ and ‘Change’ the song that was released a few days before her comeback. It is also rumored that the idol donated a sum of money to the event herself, though the amount has not been reported since she is trying to keep it all under wraps. 

After her performance, Soo was seen meeting with fans, taking pictures and giving autographs. The CREEP member was also seen mingling alongside the other idols who attended and performed showcasing her friendship with the variety of idols. It’s great to see the young idol finally finding her place among the scene.

With Soo’s Latest Release, her showcase took off with a bang!

 Selling out all the tickets for the event, it was also attended by many famous faces to give out their support to the idol. The event took place on 8/15/17 the same day as the album release. Putting on a stage like no other, Soo is able to show us that there is more to her than a pretty face. During one of the MC breaks before a game took place, Soo was able to give her thanks to those who helped her so much: 

“Ah, thank you so much, everyone, for showing me your face and supporting me. I worked really hard to show you a new color to myself. I hope you see it. My Creep members really helped me and encouraged me whenever I felt weak. I want to make everyone proud to be a fan of me and never feel like they need to hide it. I’m going to keep working hard to make you all proud.” 

Once the heart warmed words were exchanged, Soo took charge with a fun game to get to know her fans a bit more. After the event, Soo surprised fans by meeting them at the exit behind a table where she had hand prepared gifts for everyone while they left. 

Many people are quick to agree that this comeback may be what Soo needed to get back on the public’s positive side. It shows in her charting markings as well as to the turn out for many events that Soo has planned with the release. Here is to the youngest and reaching whatever achievements she hopes to get this go around! 

(This is just a small rough writing of Soo before actually performing. I had something else written up, but lost it all so I just threw this together really quick.)The palms of her hands were clammy as she finished the last of her touch ups from her make up artist. It seemed as it was an actual debut again when it truly wasn’t the case. She had done this before, just a few months before even. Soo looked down at her phone that was rested against her thighs, the screen glowing from a new notification from her group chat with her fellow CREEP members. A smile gracing her lips as she read over the encouraging words. The last ten minutes she had was spent walking the back hallway and bumping into her fellow label mates, Minny and Minyoung was a pleasant surprise since the younger girls were filled with nothing other than encouraging words. Once they parted ways to go get into their places to watch the showcase, Soo was able to get a peek at the fellow members of her Roommate season. Their cameras attached to their hands caused a small stir of giggles to leave her lips. Crybaby’s leader, Jieun was standing next to another two of the cast members, a trainee named Sunmi and lastly Deok of  WÜNDERLÜST, the small group forming together with the other idols, a lot of them solely from her own company, 2K, that showed up to support the youngest member of CREEP. The crowds of people were forming into their seats, the volume of the showcase area rising along with her nerves. The Announcer began to hype of the crowd, her dance crew going out first to have their own moment to shine before she began to make her way to the stage and show off all the hard work she had been working on til this moment.

The song depicts a woman taking charge of her own feelings. Not waiting for the man to make the first move, she draws him in on her own to entrap him. The feel of the song is very playful and still showcases the sexy side of Soo that she has been revealing in her solos. 

02. Keep Moving - Title Track

The lyrics of the song show that Soo has no time for the haters that keep trying to have her be the young girl who debuted so many years ago. A lot of people think she is the way she is on stage for attention, but the lyrics that were written by Soo herself showcase that she is indeed taking charge of her own musical path. 

03. Baby Come - ft.Woojin @wccjnq

The song takes a distract turn from the previous tracks, showing a softer and sweeter side to the idol. Her slow rapping pairing magically with the vocals of Woojin of 2K. The lyrics speak of two lovers troubling with how fast they want to move in their relationship despite the strong feelings that the pair has for one another. 

04: Unripe -  ft.Junha @nahmjja

Unlike a lot of her solo releases, this song showcases the playful and cute side a lot of fans know Soo for. It depicts the emotions of a first love. Along side with Junha who previously worked with her on her debut track, the pair have a cute dynamic in the lyrics. A cute Soo is conflicted with wanting to tell her feelings to someone who seems innocent and unsure how he may feel in return. 

05: Bad Girl - ft.TK of Unplugged @prktkk

The lyrics show off a confident girl that knows she has what every guy wants and is more confident in asking the man what he wants with her. She has no real cause to let him have her the way he wants but gives him the thoughts that she will let him take the lead without fully ever giving it up. 

06: Run Away ft. Ashe @soianz

The song starts out strong with two of 2K’s strongest rappers seemingly calling out anyone and everyone who thinks they are better than the two. Soo is said to have participated in the lyrics which makes many fans think it’s a more personal song. It seemingly lets out a darker side for the normally cute rapper.

The song lyrics sing out of letting go of any worries and just live life the best way you can. The strong rapping from Soo is perfectly paired with the sweet vocals of Mina of Blair.

SBS Announces Full Cast of Roommate

Last week, SBS announced a new season of Roommate would be airing this fall and finally, around 12PM KST today we have gotten the full list 

Gyuri of Mellow, Apollo of Mayday, Soo of Creep, a 2K trainee by the name of TK, Minny of Lucid, MJSA’s Maestar, actor Yoo Daeyeon, Blair’s MinA, Wunderlust’s DK and another trainee from Legion Entertainment by the name of Mimi.

The cast is set to begin filming next week and have all expressed excitement, especially MinA who said she’s happy to be filming with her friend Maestar.

It seems the maknae from the public shocking group Creep is busy these days with another set of photos released. There is said to be an exclusive interview that viewers can only read upon purchasing the magazine. Many are excited to see what else this young star has up her sleeves.

The way the man yelled in her direction caused a small amount of fear to bubble in her stomach. Soo had only met up with the other a few times, but this time something seemed to be eating at him and his main target to get rid of the emotion was herself. Blinking a few times, the small statured woman stood up as if to let him know he couldn’t continue with his behavior. Crossing her arms tightly against her chest, her eyes narrowed in the other’s direction,”What the hell is wrong with you? Wake up on the wrong side of the bed cause you’re being a dick.”
