Finally got around to finishing this Real Boy ending from Celeste's perspective. Inspired by this still in Galleria (video tw themes of domestic violence) Celeste had awoken to the sounds of everyone in the hotel being attacked. Stricken with fear she struggled bringing herself to go downstairs herself until she heard silence and footsteps running up to her room. For a split second, she smiled because she thought her friend had come to save them... before clocking that whoever this was, it wasn't her Pino. Still frames below cut!

i'm working on an enemies to lovers about pino, and I chose this because I thought it would be a challenge since pinocchio probably not the type to hate someone easily. from my ideas, I see him giving the silent treatment to the person he hates, avoiding contact with that person and even ignoring them but this is just an initial idea, i will probably create a bot in c.ai to test how it reacts in some scenarios (i'm accepting ideas too 😶

lies of p is the kind of fandom that doesn't have much content so we look for anything similar to assimilate and look for similarities 😭

Lisrim

One of the many things I love about Lies of P's music is how they very deliberately tie specific instruments to different characters. We know Carlo is piano, Romeo is cello and Lea is violin - I also think the accordion in Lisrim is supposed to represent P.

And what a clever instrument to choose too! Not only does it audibly reflect the nautical aspects of Krat, but the act of playing an accordion aesthetically shares many mechanisms and visuals with puppets. You can think of the bellows like a mechanical breathing - the same kind of inorganic 'life' as P does.

Though its purely mechanical, it produces such a lively and emotive sound through what is essentially a pair of lungs. If you listen to Lisrim, all the aforementioned instruments are there. It starts with piano - Carlo.

This is closely followed by a much livelier sounding accordion. It's supported throughout with closely intertwined cello and violin, with the violin taking stage for a solo much like in the DLC's story.

They're all interwoven like the characters souls and stories are embracing P and he's very distinct from Carlo. There's little nods to this all throughout the game, that they're different people, and I love that they even did this in the game. An accordion has a KEYBOARD, it's similar visually to a piano, but distinctly different.

I just wanted to share these yammerings, I love art, and I love how much the artists behind Lies of P love it.
