Im changing my first and last name, my middle name will remain the same since its my great grandmothers name but I really could use some help

Wow, its been a while. I'm not dead unfournatly, life has just been getting in the way. Work has been nuts and I havent had the motivation do get on here after or before work, but Im gonna work on it and maybe post regularly; not that anyone cares but ya know gotta do something with my life.

I’ve been having sleep paralysis a lot…constantly waking up but I haven’t been able to move or do anything..it’s making the days harder and harder to deal with. The derealization is happening more and more…the world around me doesn’t feel real..time is going so fast but so slow at the same time..I don’t know what this means or how to stop it. I feel like I’m in an infinite loop..

Nothing feels real today…I don’t feel like a real person, I don’t feel like time is real, I don’t feel like the world is real.
