So this is the post I truly hoped I wasn't going to make but here it is. After seven lovely months, soundtrackrpg is officially closing down. I know we've all been fairly busy lately because it's the holiday season, but after days going by without any activity on the dash and the fact that I, myself, as an admin can't fully dedicate my time to this roleplay anymore, I think the roleplay has ran its course. I would like to thank all of you for being a part of this, especially those who were here since the very beginning. Running this roleplay was the farthest thing from a piece of cake but I'd like to thank Arya so much for all that she has done in maintaining this roleplay. Arya, you're one of the main reasons why this roleplay has come this far and I don't know how I can ever show my gratitude.

To all the members, I'm so, so, so undeniably grateful, because this roleplay wouldn't have been such a success without your dedication. All the characters here are absolutely lovely, and it warms my heart to think of all the OTPs and BROTPs that could call soundtrackrpg their home, as well as the OOC friendships I've made with the other members that I know I'll treasure forever. We truly are a family and I'd just like to thank you all once again for sticking around and for giving this roleplay seven amazing months. I'll still be checking around once in awhile, but feel free to leave your contact information on your character's blog or ask for others', if you want. I know I'll still be trying to contact a lot of you after this. Thank you once again. Thank you, thank you, thank you all so much.

how long can your characters be in hiatus before their role is reopened?

We generally get a date on which the hiatus is supposed to end. If two days pass after that and the person hasn't gotten on, we open the role.
