This isn’t a situation like Bot! The Knife-Bot is less of an actual robot and more of a Knife-size ball joint doll that Knifes ghost can possess

Ghost Knife can possess the Knife-Bot enabling him to leave the parameters of the mansion

sorry for the lack of knife-bot content, I promise there will be more parts once I can find motivation
