Global warming made the seas rise and humans went extinct so sea life mutated and repopulated the earth with anthropomorphic sea creatures. Squids fight eachother for fun. Squids and octopi fight over land and resources. Squids fight salmons for money. The octopus empire eventually collapses so the octos join squid society. Then a bear attacks

Finally have the whole band painted!

Last year I made a Freddy and a Monty mock 'autograph' prints but then never got around to making the ladies, which honestly I think look better than the other two now that I've finished the whole gang

The life in the northern part of Sinnoh was incredibly hard, even in modern days like these. All he could see was snow pouring from the sky, forming a violent snowstorm that was able to devour the warm light of the sun, leaving the darkness roam freely. Even the fire of the car crash died under the cold wind and ice.

Thankfully, Dialga was able to see everything that happened minutes ago. The adults, one woman and one man, laid dead in a puddle of their own frozen blood, limbs blue from the ice attacks that killed them, not too far away from the car. The wild Pokémon, a pack of Glalie led by a big Frosslass that watched the god carefully, dragged them out, ready to consume their meat and burn the souls.

"An ambush," he thought to himself, after all, they where near the road. "The mortals were trapped inside the car because of the snowstorm and the pack decided to prey on an easy meal".

Nothing interesting.

As he was going to turn back and create a portal to return to his home, a weak cry stopped him. Sniffing the air, he found a new smell so mild that he didn't catch at first, like warm milk and fresh fruit.

Walking carefully, he found the origin of the trace. Buried in the snow, a pile of white, soft blankets was hidden near the car. And inside them, a human cub stood steady, their soul too close to enter the Distortion World.

Dialga shook his head, surprised to see a survivor, a newborn, specially. His entire body started to react by instinct, a pure, white light engulfing him whole. Seconds later, the figure of the dragon disappeared, leaving behind the form of a tall man.

He took the pup between his arms, analyzing the wounds covering them. The right leg was in the worst condition, practically covered in a thick layer of ice. If he didn't act fast, the cub would die in a few seconds.

The dragon-turned-human frowned. Why was he preoccupied of the destiny of a mortal? They died all the time, that is the nature of mortality, and he clearly wasn't going to visit his older brother to retrieve the soul of this particular human. So, when he found himself using his rule over the flow of time to save their life, he was quite surprised.

The human started to move again, just a little. Dialga warped them in the blankets, protecting them from the chilling cold. His red eyes fled to the Mt. Coronet, or at least, the shape of the origin of the world, while a question polluted his mind: what should he do with the child?
