No I dont have an ed, yes i bodycheck all the time, yes i restrict, yes i fast, yes i hate the feeling of food in my stomach, yes i feel the fat, yes i check the bmi of my gws even tho i already know it, yes i check the calories of stuff that arent even food, yes i think that if i smell or touch food the cals will seep into my body, yes I used laxatives, yes i made myself throw up, yes i sometimes do 20k-30k steps a day on purpose, yes I am afraid yet impatient of weighing myself next day, yes my body disgust me and i blame hating myself on being fat, yes I think all my problems will be solved when ill lose the weight, yes I isolate to focus on wl, yes I cried bc I had to eat, yet I also ate the whole fucking house in one sitting, yes I fake dirty plate or throw food to make it seem like I ate, yes I am mad when my parents tell me i need to eat cus i didnt eat today, yes I despise the "what did u eat today" question, yes I say no to any snacks my friends offer me, yes I omad, yes I have had these behavior for a couple of years, yes my parents tell me "You're gonna get obese if you don't pay attention to your weight" or makes comments on my body, yes im on edtwt, yes im on edblr BUT I DONT HAVE AN ED because I must fake it cus idk it just doesnt feel like I have one

✧˖°THE BEST 3D TIPS I HAVE✧˖° AS SOMEONE WITH AN 3D FOR 5 YEARS
NOTE- this is mostly from my experience so do with it what you will so, ye-
✧˖°FASTING✧˖°
always try not to eat after 6pm and before 6 am. this makes it so youve done a 12 hour fast without trying as hard! you can change it to fit your schedule but the principal applies.
brush your teeth before and after you eat or feel hungry. it helps prevent eating.
you can make an egg drop soup for under 30 cals by dissolving boulion cubes, boiling it and dropping an egg white! bonus if you add green onions.
chewing and spitting is lowkey under rated- though it is kinda dangerous so be careful please!
drinking acv shots on an empty stomach can make nauseous and help prevent eating and fat absorption if you do eat ✧˖°PVRG1N✧˖°
you can only remove about 80 percent of food within an hour, so be mindful of time.
turn on the shower and play music to drown out the noise
take a shower immediately if possible to hide the smell
use a dedicated rag to clean up to avoid it mixing with otherss
DONT BRUSH YOUR TEETH IMMEDIATELY it spreads the acid around. at most swish some water or mouthwash. i do have more, but i dont want this to be too long so ill make another post soon! ^^

My 10 fav 4n4 rules! ☆★☆★
-> based on my own experience (with m3anspos).


1. Never eat when you're alone at home no matter what (if you live with someone, of course).
2. Always have the lighest plate of the group. Always be the one who eats less!
3. Never talk about food with other people if you don't want to be associated with it.
4. Try to eat less as possible when you go out with other people, if possible, you don't even have eat at all.
5. NEVER talk about your 3d with someone who cares about you. They do have good intentions, but, you're not looking for r3c0very, are you?
6. Leave home without any money for food, just enough to go out and back, so you won't even have a choice.
7. Try to walk as much as possible. Avoid any kind of transportation that doesn't require physical activity. It will help you burn some extra calories.
8. If you want to be skinny, you have to get used to the taste of hunger.
9. Always have a bottle of water next to you, drink as much as you can. You dont want to be a bloated 4ss b1tch.
10. Always weigh yourself and spend a long time looking at yourself in the mirror without clothes. Not to show you what you've achieved, but rather how much you still have to achieve. Don't get too comfortable with your own f4t.
