1) the contact cement is toxic only breathed in for a long time. Should be safe if you do it under a fan or outside.

2) circumference is the length around a circle. Basically how big it is. Im bad at explaining math things

3) the EVA foam i bought was already white. For the stripes on the arms, i got black and yellow hazard tape I got from Ace hardware. But you can probably get it on amazon or something too.

Hi! For the arms, i used 14mm eva foam. You can get it at most craft stores or on amazon - i attached an image to try and help explain my process.
