Clay had fallen asleep against the young prosecutor's shoulder, not even aware of how tired he had been until he sat down and promptly started drifting off. The high schooler sighed contentedly in his sleep, a smile appearing on his face.          It was a friendly touch, a set of fingers combing back his bangs a bit; Clay mumbled something unintelligible under his breath, the smile he wore widening just a touch.

Thinking about making some changes to Clay. I've felt like I haven't been playing him the way I used to, and I think that's why he feels strange to me now, if that makes sense. I had a very specific idea of who he was, and what kind of person he was like, and now I think I'm doing what the other main Clay I see is doing and WHILE I LOVE THEM THEY ARE FANTASTIC, I think that regrouping and deciding what exactly Clay is to me will help avoid confusion and becoming a little too similar. I don't know, we'll see what happens. I may remake him and kind of start over? The one thread I know I owe on would be transferred over, but for now, I don't know what I'll do.

Before anything happens, though, I will be sure to let you guys know.

im supposed to be asleep by now but i was rereading some quotes/meta about clay terran for literally No Reason just a few minutes ago and was reminded of what a positive & encouraging person he was, so. what if. u know how apollo idolized phoenix wright before he was disbarred. maybe that was partially because phoenix was so vocal & genuine w/his support of his clients and it reminded apollo of clay and that’s partially why apollo tends to get so frustrated w/phoenix in aj:aa
