I think at first they wouldn't think much about it, just a fun little coincidence (they probably thought 'heh. that's funny. another banger from our goat') and while Paul does think it's a little personal, it was easier to ignore cause well, he wouldn't do that to John ever!! He wouldn't catch a rabbit!! They're friends!! (Foreshadowing)

It's almost comical how often Conservative Carnivores would go after John. Not even George, the other Herbivore in the band, get this kind of threat from fangs, John just unfortunately attracts insane people and provoke them on a near daily basis💔

Instead of getting shot, an insane Carnivore would be hunting him throughout New York and would attempt to kill him via the worse crime someone could commit; Predation. The police would manage to stun the raging wolf that was quite literally shaking John like a ragdoll and they rushed him to the hospital all mangled and ruined

He'd be dead if we're going by Actual Beatles lore, as I've always tried to stick The Zootles with The Beatles as close as possible. However, this is a silly furry beastars beatles AU and therefore non-canon which means I can do whatever I want with it, which also includes; John didn't die but he Did stop making/playing music after the assassination attempt that got him to lose more than just half an ear. There's also some point where John is just kinda fed up with everyone trying to eat him for no reason so he's just retired somewhere

Can I ask if John's damaged ear impacted his hearing? I mean it must be an awful thing to a musician...

It definitely does impact his hearing, Especially his left side. The biggest impact is probably towards his reaction time, usually he could just Hear something happen before anyone else and he's known to react quicker than the others, and with half an ear gone now he's just Very Slow to react

There was already a Yoko post somewhere (I forgor when💔) but she's a Harlequin Rabbit!

The others aren't big fans of her, Especially George. Paul doesn't hate her but he is depressed cause he knew he'd lost John completely to her, George fucking hates her (then again he hates Everyone but Ringo during these times), and Ringo doesn't know how to feel about her cause he's too busy being sad over his bandmates fighting all the time 💔

John the kind of rabbit to get mad at everyone when no one pays attention to him for like 9 seconds so Ringo had to be the one to entertain him cause he's the only one who finds the chewing endearing 💔

He does! Sometimes it's to fix their furs as the oldest (mostly for George) but most of the time he just really really loves and appreciates his pride! Everyone's species show affection in similar ways anyway so it's a win for everyone :) (too bad he gets very bad hairballs whenever he grooms the three of them at once and he's VERY embarrassed about it)

Also bonus cause it's his birthday; The others groom him instead! :)

They do fight sometimes as deers and goats do (usually whenever they share rooms), but it's not exactly headbutting!

Water Deers don't have antlers so instead of butting heads, they use their tusks/fangs! Paul thinks it's cheating when George just chomps on him whenever they play fight (or actually fight) but George lowk doesn't gaf

i imagine when ringotter is feeling anxious george gives him a lil rock to play with for a while and then he's good as gold lol (george would carry a little bag of rocks just for ringo <3)
