i just think it's incredibly ironic how online classes have worsened my social anxiety to the point where i had to drop out of university to save my mental health???

like, in theory, online classes sound like an ideal situation for someone with social anxiety because of a whole list of reasons but... for me, it literally just shoved a whole new bunch of problems in my face causing me to feel like i was right back to where i once started, which only gave me more anxiety and oanix and stress... literally what the fuck
