The Moment That Changed Yuko Nishiwaki
content: SPOILERS, fluff, angst, part 2 of many (hopefully)
Characters: Yuko Nishiwaki, Aigis, Makoto Yuki, Mitsuru Kirijo
A/N: I'm sorry y'all I got a job and that's been taking most of my time. It took a while to get used to but now I'm writing while at the job because I have a lot of free time. This one to me is sad, I lost a friend recently. Not by death but just he stopped talking to me. No hard feelings, I don't hate him, it's just damn... you know? Anyways I really hope you enjoy this and I will do more than just this.

Yuko wakes up and remembers what happened the day before. She saw Yukari and Mitsuru cry at the mention of Makoto... "Did something happen to him?" she thinks. Yuko vows to figure out what happened to Makoto once and for all! Yuko prepare for school so quick that she arrives to school even earlier. With brevity in her heart, she cautiously approaches Mitsuru. After almost a week of not being in school, she's finally back. Yuko taps Mitsuru on the shoulder.
"I just want to say I'm sorry for what I said yesterday. What ever it was that made you cry" says Yuko softly
"No it's... Alright" You could see Mitsuru swallow "It was us who over reacted"
"What were you over reacting about...?"
Mitsuru looks as if she's about to say something and then walks off into the student council room. As Yuko is about to give chase, a voice from behind whispers, "Meet me on the roof during lunch" but as Yuko looks back, no one is behind her. The next few hours are hard for Yuko. She wants to see who told her to be at the roof. Yuko is restless during class, only wanting the next few hours to move quick.
Finally, the period before lunch begins. It's math. Who would listen to math anyways. Something about triangles and squares is happening on the board but Yuko is too anxious to pay any attention at all. Leg bouncing up and down, playing with her hair, fast heartbeat, thoughts racing as fast as her heartbeat. What the hell is happening to x. x squared?! 2x squared?!
Yuko looks back down to her desk. She's furiously shaking her pencil. What could that mysterious person want with her? That voice wasn't familiar with Yuko. Who could have it been? A wave of relief washes over Yuko as she hears the soothing sound of the school bell.
"Now kids, sit down. I have to hand out tonight's homework. Wait until I dismiss you!" says the math teacher in his small, shrill voice
Yuko slams her head into her desk, wanting the pain of waiting to end. Finally a packet reachers her and she bolts out the door to the roof. Yuko bursts the door open, the sun hurts her eyes. It's a bright sunny day out which is the opposite of what news Yuko will receive.
A girl in about the same grade stand near the fence like structure at the edge of the roof. One hand on the structure, while staring off into the distance. Yellow, almost golden hair reflects the sun making it look like she has stars in her hair. The girl turns around to reveal her blue eyes. Like the ocean, her eyes look like the ocean. She wears the uniform but this girl has a different aura to her. One of not human but close.
Yuko realizes the girl who asked her to the roof was... Aigis... the transfer student. Yuko thinks back to her interactions with Aigis. They never really talked, Yuko thought Aigis was always a bit weird but didn't hate her. She was always close to Makoto though.
Aigis walks over to the benches on the roof, sits down, and pats the spot next to her. Aigis is encouraging Yuko to sit next to her. Yuko walks over and sits down.
"I'm guessing you're here to talk about Makoto?" said Aigis
"I want to know what happened to him. I haven't seen him in so long. I've begun to fear the worst"
"Something terrible has happened to him, I'm sorry to say that"
Yuko's heart stops but she recovers, at least he's not dead, she thinks
"WELL WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM?!"
"Please, sit back down next to me..." Aigis pats the spot next to her again
Yuko sits back down, trying to calm down
"I know the both of you were really close even going on what you would call dates. He was such a great guy. One of my greatest friends. Living with him is one thing I was blessed with. Sorry I'm rambling on and on" Aigis says as a single tear forms in her eye
"I'm sorry Yuko but Makoto has died"
Shock instantly hits Yuko. She can't even cry, it was so sudden.
"He died right where you're sitting. He fell over, right into my lap. He went to sleep for the last time" Aigis begins to laugh and cry. An odd mixture of two different emotions.
Yuko feels as if a train hit her. Her best friend, her idol, the guy who helped her realize her life goal... just... gone...
Aigis opens her arms "shhhhh, it's ok, you can cry. No one will judge"
Yuko falls into her chest and just lets all her emotions out. Tears flood out of Yuko's eyes. Tsunamis rage inside her eyes. All her emotions of the past week: Stress, anxiety, fear. They all just melt away. They both sit on the roof for a while, skipping the afternoon classes.
Aigis begins to pet Yuko, a form of comfort. Until finally Yuko stops crying. At that point Aigis lays Yuko onto her lap. Just like how Aigis described how Makoto died.
"I'm here for you Yuko, I know we don't talk often but I know your pain. We can work through this together" whispers Aigis
Yuko begins to calm down. This was all so sudden but she thinks that this was the best way perhaps...
Maybe pulling the bandage right off is the best way to give information like this, Yuko thinks.
As Yuko and Aigis lay there, the final bell rings, signalling the end of the day. From lunch till end of day they stayed up there on the roof. Yuko was totally surprised to hear the final day bell. To her this felt like no time has passed.
She finally felt comfort, a thing she hasn't had since she felt something wrong. She opens her mouth to speak but no words come out. Aigis notices.
"Yuko, you should go right home and rest. I think that would be the best form of action for you. You seem tired. Have my number and you could talk to me"
"Alright..." Yuko says slowly, softly
They exchange info. Aigis helps Yuko to her house and with a very emotional goodbye, they finally part ways. Yuko enters her house and breaks down. Not crying just sitting there... on the floor... with her thoughts.
She wishes things were different. Who doesn't? Who wants to see a well loved person in their life to leave? It's hard... Yuko passes out on the floor, curled up like a ball.
The next morning she oversleeps her alarm, missing school. However instead of being worried or frightened, Yuko just continues to sit there, unfazed. Finally she rolls out of bed, tries her best to put her uniform on and leave.
She arrives at school around 10, not the greatest time since a few periods have left already but she's still going. She excuses herself and sits down. Looking dreary. The ifs ands and buts go through her mind. What if it was her fault. Why couldn't have it be me and him. But... but... but I miss him... she thinks.
Yuko just coasts by the day. Not putting herself out there, not bringing too much attention, not helping people. She didn't even go to her after school club. She just can't bring herself... Everything reminds her of Makoto.
Makoto Yuki. The weird transfer student. Blue hair, oddly gray eyes. Always had that music player and those headphones on him. At all times. Yuko, mid class, laughs to herself without realizing. She was sent out of the class for that.
Makoto changed Yuko's life. He helped her with finding her goal in life but she couldn't help him. Why did he never go to her. Aren't that what friends are for?! The world's problems aren't his to bear alone.
"Wow I really miss him, huh?" She says out loud. She not only remembers the first time they met but also their first date. It was a magical time. She couldn't have been any happier.
Just before she begins to reminisce the bells rings. Lunch time begins. She makes her way to the roof and just stares off into the distance. It's such a nice view. She can see the ocean until the horizon. But what's life without a person to share this view. She falls to her knees and tears form.
Will this torture ever end for Yuko Nishiwaki.

I finished Danganronpa 1 a few days ago. In all it was an amazing game. I truly loved all the characters, even the ones I didn't like I loved to hate lol. My favourite character was Chihiro. He's just such a cutie and I love his story of "wanting to be a real man". My other favourite character was Hina but that's because she was voice by Casandra Lee Morris (I love Cassandra Lee Morris)
One of my favourite games I've beaten this year. Not in my top 10 games but I look back on it favourably and excited to play the second one.
I also finished Pikmin 1. It was a quaint little adventure about a man wanting to return to his family. I love the game play loop of Pikmin. I even overcame my fear. I wasn't scared of the Pikmin, I was scared of the harsh deadlines presented but I overcame and I'm glad because it was such a good game
Final verdict:
Danganronpa: Trigger happy havoc 8/10
Pikmin 1 7/10
I really enjoyed the story of Danganronpa thh. The characters were good so I hope the writing will grow in 2. Basically really good but there's still room for improvement which I'm hoping 2 can bring.
As stated earlier, Pikmin was a quaint little game, very short too. There are things wrong with it but 2 definitely fixes those issues I find. Can't wait to play 2.
I will probably write some fanfics about danganronpa but not pikmin sadly.
Well that's all from me, thank you for reading and see y'all next time!!

"Trust me, I have a plan" is now a sentence I'll always laugh at. Beating Red Dead Redemption 2 was an experience I'll never forget. It is now one of my games favourite I've ever played. The ending was just such a delight of sorrow and melancholy and even hope. The hope that even people who made bad decisions can still be redeemed.
||SPOILERS||
I also love how during the ending after you and John leave the mine and there's sometime to speak there's a choice where you can either stay with John to help him or go back into the mine to go for the money. I love it because it mimics Dutch's decent into greed. Where he stopped caring for his friends, his family even, and only wanted money. Amazing game.
||Concluding thoughts||
I don't think I'll make a fic about rdr2, I just wanted to share my thoughts of such an amazing game. Be assured though I'm still writing, more is coming. Yuko's story will continue and maybe even some fics of different characters too. See y'all next time!

Daily life of Yuko Nishiwaki
Content: Fluff, spoilers, growth, angst with happy ending, (hopefully) part 1 of many.
Characters: Yuko Nishiwaki, Makoto Yuki, Yukari Takeba, Mitsuru Kirijo
A/N: Howdy y'all! I hope you enjoy. Yuko is one of my favourite characters in persona 3 and would love to make this a series of, well, Yuko's daily life after a certain event (wink wink). Maybe I'll even do some Yuko x Makoto before the event. I'll start to post more often, I just need ideas. Now without further ado, my fanfic. Hope y'all enjoy!

Yuko wakes up, a bright sunny day is upon her. She prepares for school in the usual mundane way: brushes teeth, puts on her uniform, prepares breakfast. She feels as if nothing can stop her. Throughout the year the transfer student Makoto helped her in realizing her goal of wanting to be a role model for children. Makoto really makes her smile, she always enjoys meeting him and talking about whatever. Just being in his presence was enough comfort for her. She eats breakfast as she walks to school. A bright, sunny day as the sakura petals fall.
She enters her classroom which sadly her and Makoto don't share a class but at lunch or at worst after school she'll meet him. At lunch she hypes herself up to ask Makoto on a date but to her dismay she can't find Makoto anywhere. After school she sees some class members run onto the roof but she lets it go thinking how odd it is. Yuko walks silently home, defeated that she could not ask Makoto on a date. Yuko eats dinner, does some homework, and finally rests.
In her sleep, she dreams of Makoto giving her a big hug, saying he's sorry and then walking away which then awakens Yuko who then begins to cry. She doesn't remember her dream she just remembers the way it feels, the sadness, the emptiness of being left alone. After finally calming down Yuko realizes that her window was opened mysteriously as she didn't open it before bed but before thinking of a possible explanation she falls back asleep.
The next day she can't stop thinking about what her dream could have been and how it made her feel so sad. Oddly, Mitsuru and Yukari, two girls who have basically never skipped a day, were gone. She wanders what event could have made them miss school, a death of some sorts perhaps. At lunch she runs around frantically trying to look for Makoto, maybe he's just sick she thinks. After school she runs around again to try and find him.
After a few days of the same routine of going to school and looking for Makoto, Yuko begins to worry maybe he's more than just sick. She calls him over and over, awaiting a response. Unfortunately no answer, just voicemail. Finally through the deliriousness she thinks of a plan to ask his friends, the iwatodi dorm gang. Bright and early sunday morning, she wears the same clothes she wore on their first date. Yuko knocks on the door to iwatodi hopeful to finally obtain some sort of answer. No answer. Once again she knocks.
Finally Yukari answers, though she looks distraught. Hair untamed, tired, red eyes as if she's been crying.
"Oh hi Yuko" she sniffles "What brings you here?"
"I wanted to ask about, Makoto. Is he alright? He hasn't been at school and hasn't been picking up my calls. It's like he died or something" You could see Yukari's eyes swell up with emotions. Yuko begins to panic.
"Is everything alright Yukari!?" Yuko says with surprise. Mitsuru slightly closes the door and walks Yukari away, as she begins to cry softly. Mitsuru opens the door once more.
"Was it something I said?" Yuko says with worry.
"Everything's fine, it's just been a hard week"
"Do you need any help? I'm always free if you..."
"No we're fine... please leave now" Mitsuru cuts of Yuko and slowly closes the door.
"Please, tell me! Is Makoto ok?" Yuko says, eagerly. Mitsuru lets out a deep sigh, a single tear falls down her cheek, and then she closes the door.
Yuko slowly walks home, replaying in her mind what just had happened. She holds all her emotions in like a breath and finally when she reaches home, she breathes out. Closing her door, she slides down, unable to process her emotions. What actually happened to Makoto Yuki, she thinks as she falls into her bed. Yuko falls asleep, only wanting to see Makoto one more time.
To be continued...
If you got all the way down here I want to thank you so much for reading. I hope you come back next time to read part 2!
Any suggestions? Tell me please. If you want something written? I'll totally do that for ya! See y'all next time!

(They/then or any pronouns)
I'm new to writing but I won't stick to just one fandom.
Such fandoms include: Persona, Toradora, Resident Evil, Final Fantasy, and more just too lazy to put then
I may not write about all of them though. Just what I feel in that moment.
I mostly write fluff and angst
I'll make a master list of do's and don'ts for what tags I'll write if anyone wants a story made!
