I've been resource gathering for YEARS so now I am going to share my dragons hoard

Floorplanner. Design and furnish a house for you to use for having a consistent background in your comic or anything! Free, you need an account, easy to use, and you can save multiple houses.

Comparing Heights. Input the heights of characters to see what the different is between them. Great for keeping consistency. Free.

Magma. Draw online with friends in real time. Great for practice or hanging out. Free, paid plan available, account preferred.

Smithsonian Open Access. Loads of free images. Free.

SketchDaily. Lots of pose references, massive library, is set on a timer so you can practice quick figure drawing. Free.

SculptGL. A sculpting tool which I am yet to master, but you should be able to make whatever 3d object you like with it. free.

Pexels. Free stock images. And the search engine is actually pretty good at pulling up what you want.

Figurosity. Great pose references, diverse body types, lots of "how to draw" videos directly on the site, the models are 3d and you can rotate the angle, but you can't make custom poses or edit body proportions. Free, account option, paid plans available.

Line of Action. More drawing references, this one also has a focus on expressions, hands/feet, animals, landscapes. Free.

Animal Photo. You pose a 3d skull model and select an animal species, and they give you a bunch of photo references for that animal at that angle. Super handy. Free.

Height Weight Chart. You ever see an OC listed as having a certain weight but then they look Wildly different than the number suggests? Well here's a site to avoid that! It shows real people at different weights and heights to give you a better idea of what these abstract numbers all look like. Free to use.

How Zombie viruses logically work

I’m sure everyone knows the rule; One scratch, one bite, (if you watched that movie I can’t remember the name of off the top of my head), even getting a drop of zombie blood in your eye, and you’re infected.

But we also know that zombies tend to also eat their victims.

Kinda.

The other big thing people know zombies for doing, are moaning out for brains. But what if I told you, zombies don’t actually eat brains?

Usually, there are two rules for killing zombies. Decapitation (In some/most damages the brain stem), or catastrophic blunt force trauma to the head (Destroy the head, usually with a hammer or plenty of bullets). Usually a zombie has access to rudimentary musculoskeletal control and not much else. No actual hunger, no heart rate/blood pressure for certain, but also no pain receptors because those are controlled by nerve endings. Everything a zombie usually has access to is controlled by the brain, if not the spinal cord, which would indicate that it’s the only feasible place for such a virus to inhabit.

Zombies eat, yes, but I think it’s more like mauling their target to debilitate them long enough for the virus to finish incubating and prevent any mutually assured destruction-based heroic sacrifices causing far more zombie deaths than infections.

After all, why would a bird eat the nest it just laid its eggs in?

There’s an old saying about stuff like this. It goes, “If I kill you, you won’t learn anything. And honestly, as far as we know, it’s true. Making an example of anyone often yields inconsistent results, usually by aggravating and/or emboldening those the example is made for.

Not to mention, how do you think Aang would’ve felt about his first friend and bending mentor in 100 years murdering a man in cold blood? He couldn’t even bring himself to kill the grandson of the man who perpetrated his people’s complete genocide and was fully prepared to do the same to his newfound friends’ people as well.

I accidentally blocked all the keweonDNS sites on my phone trying to set up a VPN at some point, locking myself out of Tumblr on my phone specifically for a month.

Depression tastes like a bottled water you opened, took a sip out of, and then misplaced so long ago that when you open it you're utterly confused because it smells like a fart.

Weird part is, beyond the smell everything else about the water seems fine. Looks completely clean, tastes like lukewarm bottled water, but that odor just won't leave you be.

How is this the darkest timeline and I literally come from a timeline that had its best defenders all killed by cyborg teenagers, the earth's population reduced to at least under a million, and later got completely erased because a corrupted god became immortal and infected the whole multiverse until the closest thing to the Christian God in said multiverse basically said "Damn, this is fucked up, we gotta throw the whole universe out"?

Broke: Gohan should be always like he was fighting Cell!

Woke: Gohan is just fine as is, he's actually taking care of his family!

Bespoke: How is it that between Piccolo, Chi-Chi and Goku, nobody taught him to maintain a proper work-life balance? Even in the case of the timeskip between the Cell Games and the 25th WMA tournament (I killed a corrupt god, gimme a break if I don't want to type that ridiculously long name out) I'd have figured his timeline's version of my parents would have been able to help with that. I mean, Goten was already hanging out at Capsule Corp all the time, goofing off with their timeline's version of me. As advanced as Gohan's education was, he could have been doing some internship stuff with my mom and training with my dad on the side.
