not much canon is known about penny other than her being percy's girlfriend sO *rubs hands together* i headcanon that my girl is also an only child like cedric however things were a lil different for penny. her parents didn't sing her praises. that's not to say they didn't care because they did but... they were not quite as attentive as the diggory's. which lead to penny having a bit of a rebellious streak. she was the kinda girl that was considered 'bad' for everyone's son... or daughter. she enjoyed sneaking around out of hours and going out drinking at every opportunity but she also enjoyed her studies. she's just a fun-loving gal !!

the only son to amos & mrs diggory; he has always had a lot of pressure put on him by his family. they always make huge things out of any of his achievements. i headcanon it's because they struggled to become pregnant and view ced as their 'miracle' baby. his father doesn't hesitate to brag about cedric's achievements to whoever will listen but ced hasn't let it get to his head. instead... he cringes about it. he doesn't believe he's as good as his parents make out. he's a fairly popular lad, no denying that. there's usually a crowd around him and muggles may call him a 'typical jock' but he certainly isn't. he's one of the kindest people you will ever meet and he would do anything for anyone. he is just... sunshine who deserved better.
