I love Jacob’s Louis so much. Because in the books, Louis is a static character who really doesn’t change much throughout the series. That Louis always wore his sorrow like jewels and his vampirism as a curse, but this Louis, he changes. He finally accepts his gift (vampirism) and he accepts the power he has. He isn’t a background character like book Louis is. He truly owns the night.
