It's been a while since I posted, mainly because I haven't been experiencing so many issues with my stomach. However, life is getting stressful again, which means that my stomach is so much more sensitive..
I haven't had cramps in a solid month so today has just been a nightmare cause they started hitting early in the morning. Basically right after breakfast I was already feeling some pains and they blew up into some nasty cramps which I am still dealing with 😣

That sickly feeling in your stomach which borders between pain and just awful discomfort and it feels no amount of rubs can help :/

Thinking of a game people could play where they both starve for as long as they can. The one who gives in has to eat whatever the winner tells them to. And even though their hunger will finally subside, a whole different pain will take over 😏

This might turn some people away, but if you come into my DMs and you don't even have the common sense or decency to at least say hello before you start talking about what it is you want from me, you can be sure I won't be talking to you. And if this attitude does turn people away, honestly, good riddance.

Here's an rp idea.. if you'd like to do it with me, let me know ;)
A and B go to a restaurant one day for dinner, it's a Friday so they've decided to treat themselves with the night out, knowing they can relax the following two days as well.
When their food arrives, A can't help but notice how their food seems to smell a bit odd. However, they don't want to bother anyone and settle for eating it despite the suspicion. As the meal progresses, their suspicion is confirmed by the weird feeling in their stomach as the food settles there. They don't feel like they can finish the entire plate. B looks at them as they've stopped eating and encourages them to finish it, unsuspecting of what's going on beneath their partner's shirt.
A's belly starts growling uncomfortably and they lean back, pressing a hand to their stomach. B finally notices that A has gone a little pale and asks if they're okay. "I think something was wrong with the food.", A confesses, "my stomach feels really weird" B pulls them closer and places a hand over their tummy. Worry mixed with desire dance in their eyes as they feel the chaos starting to unfold in A's stomach. "Does it hurt?" B asks while pushing their hand into A's stomach. "Yeah a little.." A says while grimacing. "Can we go home?"
They leave the restaurant and on the drive home, B pushes around A's tummy, teasing them and preparing them for all that will insue when they get home...
I want to leave the rest of this up to your imagination. I'd gladly explore the rest through an rp, or I will develop this into a more detailed post later on!

Can we take a quick minute to talk about all those brave soldiers who endure stomach pains whilst working in an office? Just imagine their tight clothes ( a suit, maybe a uniform or any kind of office attire ) curve outwards slightly. Not an enormous amount, but just enough so it's noticeable.
They have to keep a straight face in meetings while hell is breaking loose in their gut. When nobody is looking, they might try to sneak in a rub to their tummy, or inch their chair closer to the table, if only to provide slight comfort.
There's just something about slightly bloated tummies in office attire that is so hot it's indescribable...

That one person who just refuses to admit their tummy is upset. You'll notice the first signs that something is off. Them holding a pillow over their tummy, being a bit more silent than usual, constantly adjusting, trying to make their tummy hurt as little as possible...
And you, being the devil that you are, come up to them, maybe snuggling up at first. Innocently, placing a hand on their tummy and feeling them stiffen but not saying a word. Giving their tummy some lazy rubs, but they never relax into your touch, afraid of their ache becoming worse. You know what you're doing as you ask them if they're okay, and they deny being upset, so you just continue rubbing their tummy. Maybe placing a little bit more pressure where you feel the most tension.
The act is over, though, as you come closer to them and sink your fingers in deeper, jostling the contents of their tummy, trying to coax the truth from them.
In reality it can end as soon as it began if they only told you how they felt. But they won't. They'll just endure it, too embarrassed to admit their misery.
You know?

Today was a super stressful and anxiety filled day. Having my stress manifest not just as a dull fleeting ache but as full on pain and cramps that don't settle for hours even after the stressful part is over is just tiring.
Thankfully though, I can finally lay down and at least curl up to nurse my tummy.

When characters are so stressed or anxious their stomach gets upset no matter what they do. They try to eat something and their stomach ends up cramping and being continuously upset. Its obviously bloated and audibly gurgling under their shirt while they try to go about their day. Bonus if they discretely try to rub their bloated, cramping belly in public. While on the other hand, if they don't eat their stomach is completely empty and complaining outrightly about the mistreatment... it's a lose lose situation unfortunately.

Excited for the new tummy doctor fic
Ask and you shall receive. I've been thinking of posting another part, but I hadn't had the motivation to do so until this ask.
You can check the first part of the series out here:
If you want to see more of these, feel free to send suggestions for patients who might stumble to Lily's door!
Tummy Clinic Chronicles
Patient #2
Things were still slow in Lily's clinic. While she hadn't had many patients, she was still grateful for the few that came by. It seems that more people are realizing that this is not an all-around clinic. One could be surprised how many people actually experienced tummy issues on the daily. It seemed that every patient she treated had a friend or two who also suffered from one stomach related thing or another.
As she was dusting her office, she heard what sounded like a frantic knock on her door. She quickly went to the door to see what it was and opened it to find a young girl in a hoodie and sweatpants standing outside, arms crossed firmly around her middle. As soon as the doors opened, the girl blurted. "Hi, uh, I am so sorry to interrupt, I was sent here by my friend. Anne Brown, she said to come here for any stomach issues. Is there any way you could take me in today? It doesn't have to be right now, I'm just in so much pain-". The girl seemed very flustered and nervous. Lily opened the door wider, smiling to the girl, and said calmly, "It's okay, I have no patients in right now. Come in, please."
Relief was written on the girl's face as she came into the office. She took a seat in one of the armchairs as Lily took her information. As they were talking, Lily noticed the girls tummy making all sorts of noises, the thought of feeling that storm under her hands warming something inside of her.
"Could you tell me more about how you're feeling?" Lily finally asked, finished with creating a record for Melissa, the young 20 year old sitting in front of her.
"My tummy is incredibly upset, it's bloated and really uncomfortable. It's like I can feel something moving around in there and it hurts terribly." From the sounds coming from the girl's belly, audible even from that far away and in spite of the hoodie she had on, Lily assumed this was something food related.
"Do you have these kinds of issues often?" Lily asked.
"No, only occasionally, although when it happens it's an absolute nightmare, painkillers rarely do anything."
"What have you eaten in the last 24 hours?"
"Oh uh, well, last night I went out with some friends for pizza and cheesy breadsticks. Since I woke up with my tummy already upset, I didn't want to have anything that would sit heavy, so I just had some cereal for breakfast.
Lactose intolerance. That's exactly what it sounded like based off of the food she had last consumed. As Lily pondered the possibility of this being nothing more than an upset tummy caused by a bunch of dairy, Melissa leaned forward further, her tummy letting out a loud rumble that seemed to shake her insides. Lily simply couldn't let her go without feeling the turmoil in the girl's belly.
"Alright Melissa, why don't we head into the examination room so I can take a quick look at your stomach and then we can discuss possible solutions?"
Melissa nodded and followed Lily into the examination room. As she laid on the table, Lily asked her to lift up her hoodie and as she did, Lily found that her belly was a lot more bloated than she anticipated. The band of her sweatpants was a sliver away from starting to cut into her tummy. Melissa grimaced as loud rumbles continued to erupt from her middle. "Okay Melissa, I'm just going to feel around your abdomen just to see what we're dealing with here and check for any abnormalities. " Lily explained as she was placing her hands onto Melissa's belly.
As if in response to her touch, Melissa's belly erupted with more noise than before, making Melissa shut her eyes as it was obviously causing her more pain than she was dealing with until then. It was absolutely wonderful, the sensation beneath Lily's hands was nothing short of blissful as she felt all the commotion deep inside. Each press of her fingers caused an immediate reaction beneath. The lower portion of her tummy seemed especially tender which only confirmed Lily's suspicions of lactose intolerance. "How does it feel when I press here?" Lily asked while rubbing circles over her lower tummy.
"Ahh, it's.. ugh... I can feel it cramp in response. It feels like I might need the bathroom soon..."
Even though she wanted to stand there and feel her tummy for another eternity, Lily didn't want rumours of her patient having an accident in her office to spread so she ended the examination. "Okay, I think you're most likely just lactose intolerant. From what you say that you've eaten last, which was a lot of dairy, I think that's your main issue. ", she couldn't help but comfortingly rub her tummy as it continued growling, using a bit of this time to still enjoy the chaos inside and simultaneously offer comfort to Melissa, "I recommend staying away from dairy for a while and seeing if the problems persist. If they do, contact me and we can set up an appointment to look at further causes. As for your pains right now, unfortunately there isn't much I can do for you. You should feel better once all of that food is out of your system. So just go home and try to rest."
Melissa looked grateful as she pulled her hoodie over her stomach, clutching it with her arms once again. "Thank you, doc. I was worried it might be something far worse." She smiled at Lily, and as she was headed out of her office, she stopped to ask,"Is there a bathroom near here?" embarrassment flushed her face. Lily only comfortingly smiled back. "Yes, down the hall to your right."

Daydreaming #7
Making them desperate for your touch or making them want to run away from your hands as fast as possible?  When they’re moaning in pain and fighting off horrible cramps and they beg you to help them; “Please massage my tummy…I can’t take it…it hurts so baaad” they plead and cry but all you will do is lightly rub their tummy, barely touching it, making them incredibly desperate for your hands to rid them of this awful pain. Trying to take your arms and lead them to their aching belly and when all else fails they try to massage it themselves but you even take that pleasure away from them, holding their hands in place, as far away from their tummy as possible.  Or… When they’re in so much pain but they’re scared if they put any pressure on it that it will cause them even more pain. So you straddle them and start applying pressure with your fingers and palms, prodding everywhere while they squirm beneath your touch. “Please stop…you’re hurting me even more… you’re tearing me apart…” they beg for you to stop touching their throbbing tummy. Inspite of all of that you still try to convince them that you’re just trying to help them saying things like “You need to go through this to get better… I’m just trying to help you… we need to fight the cramps to make them go away”

Craving someone's firm hands on my cramping tummy...

It's the morning after and while I have managed to get some sleep, I woke up to my tummy being no better than last night. The only difference is that now the pain and the cramping has shifted from only being around my middle to my lower belly. I desperately need a massage or a rub 😟
Something I ate apparently didn't agree with me and now I'm stuck in my bed, can't get comfortable, with horrible pain all over my tummy. No matter how I lay down, it just hurts and slightly grumbles. It hurts to put any pressure on it yet I'd love someone to rub my tummy, starting gentle and going deeper and rougher.
Reach out if you want to comfort me or tell me how you'd take care of my tummy. 😔
