i made such a nice low cal meal, they’re egg white bites, i saw them on somebody’s page but i don’t remever who so comment for credits.
Ingredients i used: 1/4 onion (32kcal) 15g of low fat cream cheese (25kcal) two egg whites which were 17kcal each, one small tomato&spinach, pinch of pepper.
mix the egg whites and ingredients together in a bowl and then spray a muffin tray with fry light (1kcal per spray!!!) poor the mixture evenly, bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees, i then took it out and ate it with some salad and a mint ice tea!! it’s so filling and it tastes amazing and you don’t have too use those exact ingredients i just only had them in my house lol defo would recommend💞
