his frown deepens at that. “you know secrets are usually kept secret for a very good reason. what if my secret was that im serial killer and i never get any sleep because i’m out killing people every night.” which was the exact opposite of what he actually did but really, she didn’t need to know that.

his features split into a wide grin at that, trying his absolute best not to stick his chest out with pride at that. there’s a slightly forced cough before he’s speaking again, now trying to stifle his grin as well. “i’m sure not everyone thinks he’s cool.”
