Do YOU want to draw the stupid AU of Voltron's paladins? Where they're spidermen and have convoluted ass lore and way too much angst? Well then boy do I have exciting news for you!

The spiders are all listed in my art fight (pack-coven-thing), as Starweaver, Firebug, Cyberspider, Sicarius, and Waterbell!

This is my attempt to get everyone I know invested in art fight, but also a fun way to see other peoples' takes on them! And maybe one day I'll actually... post their character sheets here too.

Underrated part of the spiders that don't come into play: they all have specific elemental powers that correlate to their lions in the show. Keith has fire powers, Lance water, Shiro air, Hunk rock/earth, and Pidge greenery/nature

I realized I've yet to clarify the inevitable ships in this universe, so lets go down the list, shall we?

Earth 229: Shiro Shiro starts the story married to Adam, but the endgame relationship is Shalluratt (Shiro x Allura x Matt). Klance exists on the peripherals of this world, but it's never a major focus.

Earth 823: Keith Keith's world is a bit of an outlier in that it has no endgame relationships that are solely in his world. But he had a crush on his world's Lance before it crashed and burned, and ends up with Spider!Lance

Earth 728: Lance Woah, you'll never guess who Lance ends up with :0 No, but actually, his endgame is Spider!Keith. But before that, in freshman-sophomore year, Lance was dating the Keith in his world

Earth 113: Hunk Hunk's endgame is Shay, and there's no other even slight love interest for him! I will say Klance partially exists in this world? But it plays out less as a love story and more as Keith being consumed by grief

Earth 403: Pidge Pidge's world has no real big ships, but in the peripherals you do get to see Shadam alive and well.

Imagine watching your best friend run into danger right after you got into a fight with him, going home, finding out on the news he got shot and died, and then find out his boyfriend is going off the walls insane and you feel so guilty that you think you're the only one responsible for stopping him.

Little fun fact, the numbers for each spider's universes come from their birthdays. For ex. Pidge's birthday is April 3, so her world is Earth 403!

Fun fact about Keith's spider suit! Lance had input in it, despite not knowing Keith was Spider-Man. Lance made fun of some parts of it, and Keith adjusted his design accordingly like the simp he is

*Rubs hands together* You guys ready for me to yap about everyone's first villains? I sure hope so

Shiro: Chameleon There's not much to say on this one on account of it's nottt the most developed at the moment. It's just a good first villain in the selection of guys we have lined up for Starweaver

Keith: Shocker Shocker is one that really helps set the tone, because in Keith's world he's someone who only does the shit he does to live a nice life. He's someone Keith can sympathize with, but ultimately has to stop because of the stupid thing called morals.

Lance: The Lizard This is a long-term and repetitive villain that both introduces the fact that Lance's world is heavily focused in the mutations side of things, and doubles as a villain Lance slowly but surely finds himself agreeing more and more with as time goes on

Hunk: Keith Okay I know how that sounds. But Keith becomes a villain directly thanks to Lance's death in this universe, and his defeat shows the way people change depending on how they're treated. It brings out the major theme of everyone deserving help and second chances in Hunk's story

Pidge: Electro Like Shiro there wasn't too much thought into the actual choosing of Electro as Pidge's villain, except that it shows off the world very well and I can mold it to fit the themes very easily >:)
