what really sucks is that at some point when im screaming and crying i just get this sort of numb feeling as im doing it

like

im angry and sad but also really out of it

im just letting it all out and not controlling myself at all

its sometimes an out of body experience if im fucked up enough

i talked to my therapist about my outburst that i had cuz my mom fucked with me the other week-that ended with me breaking my lava lamp and screaming in my room for about an hour-and she told me to basically watch moms signals like she's an animal on a safari so i can predict what's going to happen or sumthin of that sort

it's actually kinda funny hhksjegsg'

and it lowkey works

i go into a room that she's in and just in my mind writing notes down on a note pad about her every shift of moment-like it's a sign of communication on her intentions for the hour
