spring fever filks and fic!

hello everyone! i hope you are doing well! swinging by to drop some links to some new things that i think are fun and that i hope you enjoy:

Spirk Fic Recs: Vulcan Kisses

OK I know this is from Almost Human. BUT hear me out!

You're on the 5 year mission with the Enterprise, you decide one day to hit the on board gym, you walk in and see that you are not alone, not only are there a handful of other crew members, but you notice a very familiar face, and suddenly want to make a complaint about Starfleet uniforms because this is what Bones has been hiding under it all along.

A lot of people don't seem to realize that pon farr isn't fuck or die, it's fuck *fight* or die. And it just kinda seems like Ace erasure when people just... forget the entire fight option??? Like, just imagine an entire group of aroace Vulcans just entering MMA fights every 7 years because of *hormones*.

Like, imagine this insanely strong Vulcan totally obliterating the competition because his pon farr is stuck on fight mode.

Imagine T'Lynn winning an MMA fight not realizing Mariner is in the crowd. And when the match is over T'Lynn is like, "Mariner, your presence here is unexpected. I apologize for that public display of aggression." And Mariner's just like, "What the hell are you talking about? That was amazing!"
