Omg I thought i was the only one who thought Gwen was their descendent! It honestly really confusing which one is the actual clawthorne, because they both seem implied to be clawthornes at some point in the show...

Also what do you think she would name her silly little crow :) ?

I can see both sides, but the whole great grandmother thing with gwendolyn + her name just seals it for me. plus she looks so much like ev even in her clothing.

Kinda wish she had a crow palisman ngl

There’s so much confusion around witteclaw + flapjack, we don’t know who he belonged to in the end or if there was a second palisman sooo this is what id wish for if flapjack wasn’t hers even though it’s unlikely :,)

(I know realistically it’s probable that toast was the other palisman, however as a firm believer of Gwendolyn being the descendant it dosent rlly work with my headcanons lol)

hi hi!! first off i wanna say thank u for drawing such lovely evelyns, you’re feeding the hungriest niche in the fandom lol.

secondly!! do you have any interesting headcanons on evelyn? what kind of person do you think she is? you put a lot of care in portraying her, so i’m interested in your interpretation!

I have a lot of thoughts on this so I’m gonna try and keep it as simple as possible, sooo

Overall I think she’s a very sweet and curious person. She’s also a Clawthorne, so I wouldn’t be surprised if she did have some feisty traits - though I’m really not a big fan of making her identical to Eda, I think she would’ve been a lot more outwardly kind considering her patience with Caleb. With her and the human realm, Dana described her as being like “ooo what’s this place about” so I just kinda ran with that, I think she would’ve wanted to learn everything and is just generally curious and full of wonder. I’m also a biiiggg fan of her being considered weird, for both demon and human realm standards. One of my favourite headcanons is that she never really made friends back home, Caleb was one of the first people to like her for her. They’re two societal outcasts finding comfort in eachother :,). She’s also a yapper (mainly around Caleb since he’s the only one who listens) mainly about BIRDS. They’re like her favourite thing ever and when she sees one she squeals and hurriedly scrambles to take notes in her journal, they’re her special interest and if you ask her about them she will not stop. And on that topic, i love Evelyn’s depicted with autism and/or adhd, i think it adds to and forms her character really well.

I was also looking at flapjack since palismen seem to reflect their owners traits a lot - he’s described as inquisitive, free-spirited and caring, which subscribes to what I’ve just said anyway!
